INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CONTACT OUR SPACE BROTHERS

The following is what works for me. You can change the name of who you are contacting or any of the words for that matter. It is the intention that manifest with results.Let us begin.First. Very early morning hours work best for me but for you it may be afternoon. So lay on your back and be in different brain waves then while you are awake (Ashtar calls it Delta). For me it is about 5- 10 minutes before the dream state. And then I begin (softly outloud)COME TO ME ARCTURIANS OF LOVECOME TO ME ARCTURIANS OF LIGHTCOME TO ME ARCTURIANS OF JOYMY BROTHERS AND SISTREN ARCTURIANS LET US COME TOGETHERCOMMUNE WITH ME ARCTURIANSARCTURIANS LET US HAVE CONTACT"AUC'' '' TURIANS" "AUC' TURIANS'' ''AUC'' ''TURIANS''Then boom it happens. That fast. Other times quicker other times slower.Its like tingles, light shivers or an energy seging up and down your body. (and not the tingles when your scared or in fear)And then I say ""Greetings Arcturians"" And it happens again another serge Then I say something like "" My brothers and sistren from the great ships above"And this is all I get 2 or 3 times. But if I do a healing process with them I may get 5 or 6 through out an hour or 2.And in a private reading with me Ashtar mentioned "Indeed You have made contact with the Arcturians" then asking him about understanding the tingles he mentioned " I might have to study the language of light and what you are doing I call the 3 C's COMMUNE, CONTACT AND COMMUNICATE".Since then I have also succefully contacted my twin flame (Who is in a higher frequency ) and "The Stars My Family From Wence I Come "

    truly inspiring. Now I know what those tingles are! I am Plaeidian but have also contact with Arcturius - I have just joined up after a quick flash of the Ashtar Command insignia - beautiful and very reassuring, like coming home. Beth.
