Dear Ones, we are here to assist you with recognizing who you truly are... This is an important part of your ascension process and the thinning of the veil. All the experiences in your life are indicating how closely you are connected with your Divine Inner Being. When your experiences are love and joy filled, you are more connected with your Divine Inner Being. When your experiences are less than love and joy filled, you are less connected with your Divine Inner Being. You are creating your reality from the inside out... There are many different ways to connect more with your Divine Inner Being. We would like to offer you one of them: For a moment, become still and focus on your breath. Take deep, slow breaths... Now imagine a golden light within you to fill your entire being... This golden light is your Divine Inner Being. Feel the peace and love coming from your Divine Inner Being... Focus only on this energy within you... Just feel... Allow for your Divine Inner Being to soothe you and to expand Love and Joy within you... Remain in this state for as long as you can... When you feel complete, return your awareness to this now moment. Welcome back. We recommend to do this every morning for as long as you can. This will align you more and more with your Divine Inner Being, as you go about your day. Then it will reflect in the experiences that you'll have as being more and more love and joy filled. |
