    Dr Berg gets into how to ignore pangs or waves while fasting. Hunger pangs will happen more easily if one is not on a Keto or Carnivore diet so if one lets say can't get into Keto or Carnivore quite yet practicing ignoring hunger pangs for a while is a good way to help you stay a way from eating all the time. https://youtu.be/iwjOVt2IRYU?si=FKdzn0UTAKFkBtHc

    I love the fact that one can benefit from melatonin, from solar near infrared, even through a cap....Did my run in the sun, again today...after that last message..Actually, being a "nordic" racial type I can glean benefits easily from the sun, as I have less skin melanin to block it out...

    Yep, good data on the benefits of sunbathing and simply getting out in it...I've just bought a new sun-lounger, as I busted the last one...šŸ˜€ Can't strip down at present to sunbathe, as even though it's sunny here, there's a cold wind, as well...LOL
    Maybe soon, the wind will change and I'll use the new sun-lounger in the garden, comfortably...
