Above photo is from Britannica. This is a basic astrology interpretation of the horoscope of Vladimir Putin. He is a reported chess master, and Pisces is the reported dominant Sun sign for chess masters (according to a statistics instructor I learned from years ago at a city college). The 12th House (ruled by Pisces) of Putin contains three planets, including Neptune. Neptune is the natural ruler of the 12th House (since it rules Pisces), and the 12th House and Neptune both rule "deception; disappointments; glamour; petro-chemicals; industrial chemicals; drugs and pharmaceuticals; espionage work; music; acting ability; religious work; services to others." This 12th House placement of Neptune (in the sign of Libra) can thus represent one of two areas: (1) success in services concerning religion, arts, work involving chemicals/petroleum, or charity areas OR (2) a master of deception involved with fooling others (which may represent talent in acting or espionage work since both areas are engaged in deception). Maybe both (1) and (2). The horoscope of Putin is below:
Venus rules the cusp of 12th House; Venus is well aspected and not afflicted. The 12th House may represent talent for chess and "war-like" areas with Neptune placed there (and to repeat, the dominant zodiac Sun sign for chess masters is Pisces [which represents the 12th House]. Also note that the game of chess is popular in eastern Europe and Russia). Neptune is close to the midpoint of Mercury/Saturn (which are also in the 12th House). This "silence is golden" concept (represented by the midpoint Mercury/Saturn) is a useful tool when engaged in deception used in war and chess (since war and chess both use deception in order to win; "all war is deception" according to Sun Tzu). But this Mercury/Saturn midpoint in the 12th House may also represent "disappointments concerning censorship" (since Neptune rules "disappointments" and Mercury/Saturn may define use of censorship). Mercury Conjunction Star of Spica (very fortunate star) is exact; this bodes well for talent in spying and espionage work with Mercury placed in the 12th House (and near Neptune in the 12th House, since all spies make their living by deceiving others). Espionage work is also ruled by Pluto, and the combination of Pluto Conjunction Black Moon Lilith Conjunction Midheaven may define a legacy for being known for one's espionage talent. This is due to Pluto and Black Moon Lilith usually having strong placements in horoscopes of known espionage figures AND horoscopes of people involved in organized crime. Al Capone had Sun Opposition Black Moon Lilith on his chart, and Jimmy Hoffa had Black Moon Lilith Conjunction Ascendant. George H.W. Bush (former director of the CIA) had Black Moon Lilith Conjunction Royal Star of Persia star of Aldebaran and Allen Dulles had Black Moon Lilith Conjunction Part Of Fortune (and both Bush and Dulles were involved with organized crime while both were directors of the CIA). Putin reportedly "made his bones" while he was in East Germany with the Soviet Union equivalent of the F.B.I. But Mercury can also represent "the media," and with Mercury placed in the 12th House this placement may represent "disappointments or deception concerning the media." Putin reportedly has a history of intense (and possibly deadly) conflict with the Russian media within Russia (and not outside Russia. The media press outside Russia [from Russia] can say whatever they want about the country they are in). An analysis of Mercury and Pluto on Putin's horoscope chart is below:
The Sun Conjunction Saturn placement (on the cusp of the 12th House) forms a Square with Uranus (in the 9th House). This may define international conflicts (friendly and/or unfriendly) concerning materials used in nuclear power or nuclear weapons. This is because Uranus rules "nuclear power materials" and "nuclear weapons," and is placed in the 9th House (which rules "international areas or international lands," as well as "rule of law"). The Moon has three very hard aspects, and may be explained in one or two ways (or both): (1) the Moon may represent one's childhood or one's past home experiences and (2) the Moon may represent the general public one is involved with. The hard aspects of Moon Sesquiquadrate Saturn, Moon Semi-Square Uranus, and Moon Quincunx Ascendant may reflect the very difficult childhood Putin had. Note that Putin reportedly learned not to corner a rat in the house as a child. But the Moon can also represent "the general public" as well. Putin may have much conflict with the public with this afflicted Moon placement (despite his ability to maintain his position for a long length of time). This is especially true now; war is usually a problem with the public. War is a big expense that all businessmen (and mafia organizations) try to avoid. In addition to the explanation above in red writing, another way to look at this Pluto Conjunction Black Moon Lilith Conjunction Mc is "a legacy" (Mc) of either the "the research analyst providing services; involvement with secret work; involvement with charity work" OR "the gangster involved in organized crime" (since both of these explanations reflect Pluto Conjunction Black Moon Lilith). There may actually be a charity side of Putin since Putin is pro-family; he reportedly believes in this crazy idea that government helping to expand the Russian population in numbers is a logical concept because of the need for increased population numbers in order to care for old and aging population numbers. But also note that Putin's Russia elite (and a lot of the elite in the eastern European countries) operate in a similar manner compared to early 20th century organized crime families in the U.S.A. that are glamourized in the movies. I view Putin in a similar way with the fictional mafia gangster Vito Corleone (from the big screen movie series "The Godfather"). The first movie of the series features fictional New York Mafia leader Vito Corleone (played by Marlon Brando). Corleone is known in his Italian neighborhood as a man to love and fear since he was a murderer of two Italian bully thugs (who also happened to be competitors with his crime organization in his crime territory [which happened to be his Italian neighborhood of New York City]). The mafia thugs murdered by Corleone made their livings demanding money (or jobs for relatives) in a threatening matter from families in Italian communities. Unlike Vito Corleone (or Joe Kennedy Sr.), Vladimir Putin does not like liquor for business purposes (although Vito Corleone drank more wine as he got older). A different story is probably gambling (organized crime or not). Gambling may actually be a common denominator with both Putin and Corleone (as well as with Trump. Note that both Putin and Trump are also known to be "anti-liquor." This may be due to liquor having negative effects on calculating the odds when engaged in gambling. As well as past issues and conflicts with family and friends who drank liquor).
