Similar to Iran, Israel has the Sun in strong aspect with Uranus. This defines "scientific curiosity" as well as "the need to rebel" as probable for "the personality" of both Israel and Iran. Also note that both Israel and Iran have Uranus in the 8th House. This can define "presence of nuclear materials used for death" as well as "terrorism" (for both horoscopes of Israel and Iran) with this Uranus placement. The Moon (which represents "the population") is very well placed on the horoscope of Israel; the one exception from ideal placement (per old school renaissance rules concerning the Moon) was the close proximity with the Midheaven (Mc). A neutral Moon position (as well as the Moon increasing in light, not in the signs of Libra, Aries, or Capricorn, and not within 15 degrees of the Nodal Plane) is the best position for the Moon per old school rules of election astrology. Was there any timing of this event concerning David Ben-Gurion's announcement? I think there may have been some astrology input (but we will never know for sure). With exception to the weak Saturn Conjunction Pluto placement in the 10th House, the horoscope is well designed. The big future issue for Israel (for 2026 forecasting) is transiting Pluto in the 4th House (in the sign of Aquarius). Let's look at the transits of the recent New Moon for June 25, 2025 applied to Israel. That chart is below:

The time frame for possibilities of the New Moon is late June to early July (of 2025). This New Moon forms a Conjunction to natal Venus. This may represent "a new beginning in foreign relations." However, there may be tension concerning "fraud exposure" which may involve the government authority of Israel (with the Sesquiquadrate transit of Saturn/Neptune to natal Saturn [in the 10th House; in red above]). A good interpretation with Mars Semi-Sextile Moon (green above) is that the transit may indicate much "public debate; public arguments." The transit of Mars Sextile Venus may represent military involvement; the Mars Sextile Venus transit may indicate "opportunity for use of military organizations" as well as "opportunity for action involving relationships with others." The transit of Jupiter Conjunction Venus (coming up very soon) may or may not represent a peace deal; Venus in the 9th House of Israel may have more to do with "religious organizations" than with "improved international relations" (and I hope I am wrong).
Conclusion
Late June through early July of 2025 offers much opportunity for improved international relations for the state of Israel. A peace deal is possible during this time frame. Unfortunately, there is also opportunity for military action, as well as much public debate and many public arguments taking place within the state of Israel for the same stated 2025 time frame. This time frame is not a good time for the government authority of Israel to be involved in speculation (financial or non-financial). The stated 2025 time frame defines a real risk of exposure of fraud (or deception) in some way that may concern the Israeli government authority. Military action is also possible, but there may also be "a new beginning in international relations" in some way. It's a hard call; the problem for Israel concerns "exposure of fraud or deception" (which may or may not be a part of the current negotiations going on; I tend to think it is a part of the current negotiations going on between Israel and Iran). Thus, Israel is at risk for exposure of lies, but Israel also has the opportunity for much improved foreign relations. It's a hard call, but the "risk of exposure of fraud or deception" appears to be very strong for the stated 2025 time frame for the state of Israel.
