In my meditations, over and over, I have tried to summon my higher self. Common buddy.. Show up... Help me out. Talk to me. C'mon all the Buddhas, Babaji, Jesus, Baba: HELP ME HELP YOU! Of course, I understood that my higher self was always there, but WHERE IS HE/SHE??? Today, I remembered that the times when I felt connected were when I let myself feel love. So my higher self is not an entity, but an experience. Today, I was in a 15th century Catholic church listening to beautiful choral chants. My daughter next to me, meditating with me and I let myself bathe in the ocean of love... There.... for about 20s... Namaste.
