Soul karma tis the evolution of our consciousness from begining to end - the powers that be oversee our soul evolution
so- really from the point of view of the soul - we will align with 5D along with the new earth - its all mapped out -
tis our soul that is multidimensional - hence - some interference from the little space gods - but - even that is allowed by the p.t.b. tis your soul responsibility or karma to sort out these species , they have been in the universe for a long time
some interference is expected within your souls history .
