Dizzy

Some days I am a flurry of activity. So many things to do, people to call, on and on it goes. I stop for a breath and realize I am dizzy, not just physically but emotionally and energetically. I find myself getting caught up in a mad dash of acquisition and accomplishment. I realize I am stretching myself too much or, at least, the wrong way. I recognize that the ethereal thing I am grasping for is already here. It is part of me. How easy it is to forget!
