I think I posted this years ago. Anyway, I'd like to see if anyone has ideas as to what I was viewing'
January 15th 2022-I opened my hulu app on my tv to look for the NFL schedule for playoff games for the next day, Sunday the 16th.
I was surprised to see that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were playing the Philiie Eagles that night, the 15th, in Philladelphia.
I watched the game into the fourth quarter when apruptly the signal was lost and became staitc.
In that game one of the Bucs' key players was on the injured list, but the Bucs were winning when the signal was lost.
There were two anomalies that stood out-one the tempature was mid 20's (I live 40 miles from the Philadelphia open stadium) but the fans were wearing light jackets or sweaters, etc. The second was that the fans were subdued, on both sides. They are usually so loud that no one can hear anything.
There were other anomalies in the tv commercials. Game day commercials are usually nutty funny, or cars, insurance, covid shot pushing (at that time) etc. I can't recall exactly, but they were odd.
I didn't bother to check who won the game later on, and went off to snooze.
The next day-the 16th- I went to one of my favorite haunts to ride my bicycle, even in winter as long as the temp is above 35 degrees. I did not check who won the above game and I did not check the Sunday schedule.
I figured I’d catch some of the second playoff game, thinking it started at 1 PM since Philly and Tampa had already played, and then watch part of the third game later in the day.
I didn't bother to look at the NFL schedule until about 3 pm on the 16th, on my ph's hulu app, to check what newtworks had what team lined up, when I was blindsided by the fact that the Bucs and Phillies were playing in the 1 pm spot!!!
I turned it on, it was obviously a day game. The Bucs were winning. This time the key player that was not was playing in the game I saw the night before was playing and another key Bucs player was out! The game was at the Tampa Bay stadium in warm weather. The fans were howling.
Any comments? An alternate universe where copies of each of us live? Alternate dream dimension?
