This is the written transmission of the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and Father God that was shared Live in the Clarion Temple of Oneness class on December 10th, 2018 for Ascension Mastery Teaching. The Cosmic Great Central Sun shares a message on how we as Lightworkers can assist those souls that are hurting to receive healing through the energetic vibrations of Light.

I AM THAT I AM THAT I AM THE DIVINE MOTHER AND DIVINE FATHER OF THE COSMIC GREAT CENTRAL SUN opening up our energies into each of you this moment. As we stand here in the presence of this glorious temple, we bring forth the flames of all the flames, of all the beauty, the joy, the courage, the Will, the Purity, the Power to come into the pure existence in this moment of our creation together.

This year has been quite powerful and some of you have gone through unbelievable transformations time and time again. Some of the occurrences you may not even remember; but we want you to acknowledge within yourself the beauty and the power you are bringing into your physical consciousness. Please remind yourself that you are not your physical self, that you are a multi-dimensional being that is starting to remember. You are starting to realize the potentiality that you have within yourself, to grow and to become more than you ever thought you could be.

As this is our last transmission of the year, we want to acknowledge all that you have done and to prepare you for the following year, to have your footing to what you have brought into your existence, to bring forth the acceptance that your physical self has allowed to occur. We think many times that this is not always so that the blessing that is occurring brings forth a substantial amount of change and acceleration. The little memories can get lost and forgotten until something happens that there is a moment of recall.

We ask you today to realize within yourself, to recall all that you have done since the beginning of the year. The process that is occurring with the exchange of energies for this month represents holding onto that Rebirthed Being that you have become to remind yourself what you are going through and to realize within yourself that your physical consciousness should not have the last word, that it all stems from your higher consciousness and to allow that higher consciousness to come into your pure existence each moment.

What happens in the human structure is that the brain takes you into the physical moments and not the spiritual moments. This is a deep integration that occurs and is only through diligent practice that it can be remembered constantly, but you as that Initiate in your physical self must remind yourself every day what you are achieving. It does not mean you should bring forth the lofty goals that you have always desired to have within your life, but you look at your past achievements in this year.

We are not talking about the achievements of your physical world. We are sharing about your inner truth and those achievements and how you feel about your consciousness presently and what you have experienced in the outside world. How has it helped you to change and to reformulate all that you desire to be in a completely different structure?

What happens through this process is that the physical mind, the Lower Self, is going to want to understand that structure, but you must realize within yourself that it cannot occur as the structure is constantly changing.

Your physical self, your Lower Mind, is trying to figure things out from the old structure. The molecules and the light frequencies that are coming into your own existence are changing each moment. They are changing as we speak, in each of your meditations, they are changing when you wake up in the morning, and they care changing when you are traveling without your body. So those molecules of light have to come into the physical self and slowly be integrated within the cellular structure, within the mindset, within the consciousness of the physical body.

All of these elements take time. It takes moments and moments to rejuvenate yourself in this process in order to be able to remember what you are experiencing.

What happens in most times is that you have a tendency to remember the moments that have been negative or challenging. You forget about the glorious times, you forget that moment on that day when you felt an exhilaration within because of something you have achieved spiritually to become part of your pure essence.

We want to remind you that it is important not to allow those moments of excitement or joy to be gone; they are not gone they are within your subconscious, but the lower parts of your subconscious have a tendency to taking over ~ that you are not good enough; you should have not done it that way; you should be doing more for yourself.

The pure existence of being in the higher states of consciousness, giving the 5th dimension as an example, because that is where everyone wants to be and desires to be moving towards into the higher dimensions of light.

The frequencies of light of the multi-universes is helping to allow these energies to come into full force but if you are not allowing yourself to be aware of it, to take a moment, and to open up your physical awareness to that existence, then it will be something that will pass right through you.
