Channeler: Brian, the dragon 

This is the dragon, This time is on a personal level, so we are talking about your individual experience. To us, you have both already shifted and still going through the transformation.

To you that is your incarnated consciousness, you are still in the thick of the transformation. Right now, you are operating in what you would say is an increasingly enhanced version of physical vibrational experience. From the perspective of the system many of your spiritual on Earth employ, you are vibrating in the 3rd to 5th dimensional vibrational ranges, increasingly moving towards the 5th.

You would be surprised to know how much of your energy is already vibrating in the 5th ranges. But your body is still largely in what you may call 3d. So, largely due to your body playing catchup, you are still in a very dense physical experience that also very frequently requires you to focus for periods in the 3rd dimensional vibrational ranges.

We have talked of many ways to cope with the increasing vibrations and new intensified energies, and typically from the perspective of making your vessel more successful while maintaining balance. This time, we are going to talk about a tactic for dealing with a stressor in which you can actually condition yourself for the sojourns into denser physicality without causing as much temporary (and sometimes semi-permanent) harm to yourself.

This tactic is not always practical for everyone to take to the extreme. However, we're pretty confident that most people can employ it to some degree. So let's talk about the stressor. Everyone has things in their life that screams at them.

When you have one foot in 3d, and one foot in 5d, the 3d things can pull your vibration down and this causes - the best it can be described - a jarring effect to your mind and body that is at best painful and uncomfortable. It is a less intense version of being sucked back into your body when you are exploring outside of it.

Albeit less intense, this jarring is repeated over and over each day and can cause considerable shock and stress to your mind, emotional body and even physical body. We have already discussed at least one solution for this, which is to focus only on the most important things and drop the less important things.

However, you still live in a world where you have some responsibilities, and some things you still find satisfying or fun that you still want to do. So, you can't nor will want to drop everything. Nor do you need to. There is another solution, a tactic, which we will discuss today.

This doesn't mean don't follow the former approach, but this is another tool for your tool chest. Some of you have already figured this out on your own, and others haven't. The approach ------------- Prior to getting into the approach, we want to remind that every being is a bundle of vibrational energies. So no being is truly all 5d or all 3d.

Obviously, sometimes it is useful to simplify and call something "3d" or "5d" depending on where its center is. The approach is, in short, to consolidate 3d physical activities to a short contiguous stretch. So, if you picture it, you will have a burst of activity followed by a period of rest where you are mentally more centered in higher vibration, and your body is more at rest.

The rest can either involve true rest, meditating, half-listening to something while in thought or light exercise like walking - preferably in all cases in a quiet peaceful location so your mind can shift to mental 5d thought. Sleep if you are really tired, but that's not typically the idea.

This isn't a replacement for sleep, but something you'd be doing during hours you aren't sleeping. To understand why this is, it is useful to think of it from a 5d perspective. 5d beings, in order to maintain balance, need a preparation to entering 3d, and at least a short rest period coming out of it.

That is part of being a 5d being, that you will spend increasingly more time doing 5d mental activity and less time doing 3d activity. How long? There is a middle ground that makes sense. The longer the burst of 3d mental activity, the more damage it will do to you emotionally, mentally, and as a result also physically and it can have negative long-term effects on your vibration.

However, sporadic short bursts of moving up and down quickly in vibration between 5d and 3d levels are too jarring and can be borderline traumatic. So, depending on the individual, we recommend 3d activities of three to six hours followed by resting periods to mentally center in 5d during those periods.

You'll notice the typical day is already set up that way, though with unfortunately a lunch period that is typically too short in some countries but adequately long in others. So for a real example, perhaps you do a burst of errands for a few hours, then go back and walk for a half hour, meditate for a half hour and then sit around outside listening to birds for another half hour.

Usually, when you are ready for the next bout of 3d activity, you'll feel it. You'll feel ready to face another round of intense 3d things, assuming you have important things to do. Otherwise, rest longer. Challenges ------------- Some people have life circumstances that will make this approach difficult.

For instance, if you have young children, they will not often be patient enough to wait for you to rest up after a spurt of 3d activity. Young children can cause the constant shift back and forth from 5d to 3d mental activity that is what we are trying to avoid. If you have the financial resources to hire a babysitter for a few hours every couple days to give yourself a break on occasion, and maybe even think about cutting down on luxuries to better afford it.

A very demanding job can be another case. You may find that it's necessary to cut down on activities outside of work, and focus on rest when you are out of work. Therefore, your job is your burst. If you don't like the idea of your sojourns to 3d being focused on only work, then perhaps it's time to rethink what you are doing if not for now perhaps for some day in the future, if appropriate. For such circumstances, or anything else, each situation is unique.

Sometimes, it is not practical to employ this approach or do it often due to your present life circumstances, obviously subject to change. Until it becomes possible, you still have the other tool of cutting out things that aren't important. However, usually there is some accommodation you can make for this approach, which will benefit you as much as you can make room for it.
