This will be so with our upcoming Solaris star nation, but to give you a feel for how it works in practice I shall describe a common Sirian custom of inter-clan partnerships...
So constructions that require teams....This would be especially the case with big engineering constructions within the Sirian star nation (akanowai,) such as homes, communal centres, temples, motherships, crystal cities and their various facilities...
An individual podlet of 64 members may select a team of skilled clan members to complete the task of construction, using the power of thought...which is visualisation and manifestation...
One interesting thing that the Sirians tend to do, when a given clan decides which large construction project needs to be completed, will be to invite one or more specialists from a unique Sirian Clan, known as the "Pukmanya," (Science & Engineering Clan.) So, for example, the Atar (Spirit Warrior) Clan are creating a new nodal point temple for a planet such as Muktarin, the Atars would select a team of say, six Atars, highly skilled in manifestation and one additional team member from the Pukmanya Clan, to perfect the engineering latitudes and parameters for the construction...
Thus we see a cross-fertilisation occuring between two Sirian Clans, each assuming the edicts of group fluid dynamics, under the four sacred laws of galactic society. A particular clan may even select a different clan's leadership role, for a given specialist task....
I hope this gives you a flavour for the way co-operative joint ventures work in fully-conscious societies...And note that no payment is exchange between the clans, as to serve is of the highest honour and especially so between one clan and another...So the service itself is the reward, not the payment in cash, as with lower-consciousness society.

Yes, the desire for service is a very strong state of beingness in 5th density expression...In 3rd density, self-gratification is a prime impulse....This change over occures when the astral body is eclipsed by the higher triad of the buddhic, which is it's higher correspondent energy....
And the "emotions" of he buddhic realms are so pleasureable, akin to blissful, that service is a perfect way to experience oneness with creation...Nothing becomes a chore.....
