"Worry, being troubled, feeling anxious is all unnecessary. Idleness and wasting time is useless.
Its okay if progress is slow, I just wait peacefully, that is the best way of dealing with it.
Tolerance is the key for so many things. In the main-time I just try chanting Hare Krishna peacefully and
be happy, the more I chant, the happier I become"

    i know what u mean,u can get through things in life a lot easier if u stay calm and peaceful it is like a game and dont get caught up in the drama and think what am i gonna learn from this,ive been ill for the past four years and i have really had to go inside my self to cope i have become very spiritual more than i was before so even though things are very hard sometimes its for the best coz spirit knows whats best for you,meditating and perserverance goes a long way.
