Trip out, a few months ago I saw a cloud formation that formed what I believe to be my totem animals, I meditated with some of my crystals and the word, sound what ever kept saying " Al Aw Shak Rah" and I haven't been able to get any response to what that means, "Astar-Ra" sounds similar to me, hope you find something out, thanks for sharing, please post if you find out more.
