In my journey completing Neptune and becoming a philosopher I worked on anger, anger, and more anger. My parents divorced and I lacked friendship. But upon healing and being in health, I can conclude for you that anger is also the word love. It's okay to feel anger and lose control but rooted in ethic it is actually deeply fallen with love.
Lastly, anger when fused with optimism results in a shattering of illusion in the perception of reality and direct negative gunk in the mind.
