  Good to hear Laqui! :-) Ive remembered also that when we are depressed its because we are fighting our negative emotions, but what we resist persists. Ive found that we can release our fear by writing them down and facing them, one by one, and making a plan should the worst happen. Its totally liberating! Then the same with our anger, write down what/who bothers us and let it all out in a primal AAARRRGGHH !! until you feel that its gone. Then the same with guilt, write down what you feel bad about and if its appropriate, apologise but if it isnt, write it in a letter and release it, then say every morning whilst tapping on your energy points, chakras, face, head, I'M NOT GUILTY OF ANYTHING AT ALL! and within a week you will feel like a new person. Now Im off to do the same :-)))

    Dear Laqui, you are having an INSIDE/ INNER  awakening.  Your heart chakra is taking over  your brain.  And when it happens, one feels completely confused, angry, and lost. So the only thing you want to do - is to cry out for a Heavenly help and pray.

    The very step you should do - ask help and guidance from your spirit guides, who are there for you 24/7 !

    In cases like this, people are told to go outside, and to let go off everything that makes you unhappy, or guilty about your past.  Connect to Mother Earth, and tell her out-loud, what is that you want to forget, or to get rid off.  And then,  cry, sing and dance....

    The second thing to do is to write down two lists - one includes the names of all people who YOU want to forgive, and the second list will include the names of the ones who hurt you. Let them outside for a whole 24 hours, and read them over and over, by declaring that you forgive everybody, and wanted to be forgiven. After 24 hours,  burn the lists by sending LOVE to ALL, and  by asking the heavenly spirits to close that page of your life...  This helped me a lot!!!

  I too have been going through depression, keep focusing on love through meditation and prayer, your doing the right thing.  These feelings of seperation and darkness will lift.  Much love and light to you.

  You are not alone! You are loved. Right now you are depressed. So follow your joy. Do something fun....Paul is a cool comedy and I recommend it highly. Put some laughter in your life and lighten the load.Have some chocolate too!
