Credit Suisse, which was the second largest bank in Switzerland, and considered a “too big to fail” bank, has failed.

Swiss authorities rushed through a deal late Sunday in an attempt to prevent a whole-scale stock market crash before trading started in Asia, along with futures trading in the U.S.

The deal involved a forced fire sale to its rival bank, the largest bank in Switzerland, Swiss National Bank (SNB), which included both bailout money from Switzerland’s Central Bank for SNB, along with a bail-in of AT1 bonds with Credit Suisse used to fund seniors’ pensions, which will be completely wiped out.

We finally have a deal, and what was at first a CHF1 BN acquisition priceof Credit Suisse by UBS, which then rose to CHF 2 BN, has now cranked up one final time to CHF 3BN (US$3.25 billion), or 0.76 per share, specifically shareholders of Credit Suisse will receive 1 share in UBS for 22.48 shares in Credit Suisse. As part of the deal, the Swiss National Bank is offering a 100 billion-franc liquidity assistance to UBS while the government is granting a 9 billion-franc guarantee for potential losses from assets UBS is taking over, i.e., this is a taxpayer-backed bailout.

More importantly, however, the bank’s entire AT1 tranche – some CHF16BN of Additioanal Tier 1 (AT1) bonds, a $275BN market – will be bailed in and written down to zero, to wit: “FINMA has determined that Credit Suisse’s Additional Tier 1 Capital (deriving from the issuance of Tier 1 Capital Notes) in the aggregate nominal amount of approximately CHF 16 billion will be written off to zero.”

This wipe out, pardon, bail-in is the biggest loss yet for Europe’s $275 billion AT1 market, far eclipsing the approximately €1.35 billion loss suffered by junior bondholders of Spanish lender Banco Popular SA back in 2017, when it was absorbed by Banco Santander SA to avoid a collapse.

AT1 bonds were introduced in Europe after the global financial crisis to serve as shock absorbers when banks start to fail. They are designed to impose permanent losses on bondholders or be converted into equity if a bank’s capital ratios fall below a predetermined level, effectively propping up its balance sheet and allowing it to stay in business.

As Bloomberg notes, investors had been concerned that a so-called bail-in would result in the AT1s being written down, while senior debt issued by the holding company, Credit Suisse would be converted into equity for the bank.

In retrospect, they were right to be worried… meanwhile equity holders get CHF3 billion; we are confident Swiss pensions will be delighted they are getting a doughnut while the Saudis get a not immaterial recovery. (Full article.)

The bail-in wipeout of senior pensions is sure to fuel protests already happening around Europe over pension reforms, especially in France where protests began Thursday night last week when President Emmanuel Macron invoked what is basically an “executive order” before the French Parliament was about to vote on, and DISAPPROVE, pension reforms.

The French have been rioting in the streets since then, continuing through Sunday night, as at the time I am writing this there are still livestream reports being broadcast showing much of France burning.

Could we see similar types of bail-ins and pension funds disappear in the U.S.?

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink sees retirement as ‘silent crisis’ facing global economy

BlackRock Chief Executive Larry Fink raised the specter of the “silent crisis” of retirement facing the global economy as increased longevity makes issues such as higher housing and healthcare costs for retirees more daunting.

In his closely watched annual letter, Fink, the co-founder of the $8.6 trillion money manager, said “investing for a financial goal like retirement is an act of hope and optimism, demonstrating a long-term perspective, trust in financial institutions, and belief in the integrity of the market.”

Fink pointed to lower market-return expectations, higher housing and healthcare costs for retirees, and the shifting of retirement risks to individuals as factors making it difficult to support increased longevity.

Fink said some of the issues driving the retirement crisis include populations in Europe, North America, China, and Japan that are aging due to increased lifespans and falling birthrates. In the U.S., for example, 10,000 people turn 65 every day.

“This has profound implications for each of these markets over time. It will result in a smaller working population and cause income to grow more slowly or even decline,” Fink said. (Full article. Subscription required.)

Read between the lines whatever you want and come to your own conclusions regarding potential future bail-ins in the U.S.

Also, please take note that while depositors were bailed out in the Silicon Valley Bank collapse last week, which included mostly wealthy people who had millions on deposit there, such as California Governor Gavin Newsom, and billionaire Mark Cuban, shareholders were NOT bailed out, and risk losing everything, since the bank has now filed for bankruptcy and no buyers have stepped forward to rescue the bank yet.

The top three shareholders at Silicon Valley Bank were reportedly: Vanguard Group (11.3%), BlackRock (8.1%), and StateStreet (5.2%), which are also among the top firms in the U.S. holding pension funds.

These firms, and many others in the U.S. and around the world, also had vast sums invested in now failed Credit Suisse bank.

It is being widely reported that Warren Buffet is now giving advice to the Biden Administration. In addition to the White House, it has been reported that more than 20 private jets landed in Omaha yesterday, including regional bank CEOs, to seek Buffet’s advice.

The New York Police Department (NYPD) has mobilized 700 riot cops and deployed steel barricades around the Manhattan Criminal Court in anticipation of civil disorder, should the Manhattan District Attorney’s office order the arrest of former President Donald Trump, following a potential grand jury indictment for allegedly paying a former porn star for her silence ahead of his 2016 presidential campaign.

As the NY Times gleefully reports,

He would be fingerprinted. He would be photographed. He could even be handcuffed. And if Donald J. Trump is indicted by a Manhattan grand jury in the days ahead for his role in a hush money payment to a porn star, the former president of the United States of America will be read the standard Miranda warning: He will be told that he has the right to remain silent and the right to an attorney.

“These are among the routine steps for felony arrests in New York. But the unprecedented arrest of a former commander in chief — one whose devoted supporters once staged a violent attack on the Capitol — will be anything but routine.”

According to the report, cited by Kyle Becker in Trending Politics, “more than a dozen senior Police Department officials and two of the mayor’s top public safety aides held a virtual meeting to discuss security, staffing and contingency plans in the event of any protests, one person with knowledge of the meeting said.”

The Times drew a parallel between New York City’s security preparations for the potential Trump indictment this week and the Capitol riots on January 6, 2021.

“That meeting followed a call from Mr. Trump himself, in a post on his site Truth Social on Saturday morning: ‘PROTEST,’ he exhorted his supporters. ‘TAKE OUR NATION BACK!’

“The former president’s rallying cry, with an indictment looming, conjured up memories of the Jan. 6, 2020, assault on the Capitol,” the Times added. -Trending Politics

How is everyone liking the pace these days? Is anyone still claiming, “nothing is happening”? Are we constipated?

Will we see Donald Trump arrested this week? Don’t panic. There are a number of important aspects we need to consider before jumping to conclusions. I would take everything with a grain of salt. Grinders at the ready.

Earth humanity is destined to ascend and nothing will stop until this happens completely.

The forces that move towards everyone on the surface have ensured that each of you has more autonomy to choose the next steps, without so much interference from those who live in darkness.

This is the moment awaited by so many throughout the ages and the time has come for them to be face to face with their real history and importance in creation.

Gone too far have been the demands placed upon you by those who wished to imprison you in a continual siege of chaos and guilt.

You will begin to see the crumbling of narratives built and distributed over the millennia in order to keep you trapped in an ongoing cycle that, for them, was a formidable idea.

But they did not count and underestimated the power of your I AM and the ability to light up the darkness with such force that nothing would remain after being exposed to the Light.

The I AM and your CONSCIOUSNESS are loaded with power and wisdom, with sacred codes that, over time, many Ascended Masters merged with your I AM tried to reveal to you, when the mystery schools were established.

There were many sacred teachings given by many of these Masters and they, little by little, were building their Divine Temples around the planet.

Many of these temples were once physical, but with the increased activities of the dark forces on the surface, they were moved to the astral part of the planet.

They continue in full activity to help surface human beings to overcome the influences of the lower bodies and to reconnect with the power of the I AM again.

Many of these Masters, today, act divinely with their ascended bodies and you know them well, because in their astral journeys they are usually present in the Spiritual Kingdom of Shamballa, located in the etheric plane of the Gobi desert.

There you usually have many teachings about life and how to overcome the influences of the lower bodies, such as overcoming the influence of those who work in darkness.

In recent decades, a campaign has been created against some sacred topics of the Mystical and Divine Teachings of the Ascended Masters.

The intention was to create confusion and misinformation in the minds of students seeking these sacred mysteries, especially with regard to the Karmic Council, which acts by helping your planet in the process of releasing old traumas.

A group of Divine Masters, freed from the patterns of influence of inferior bodies, made themselves available to assist in this great liberation.

There is disinformation that circulates on your internet saying that the Karmic Council are not positive beings, as they would be keeping the humanity of the Earth imprisoned.

This is INCORRECT information and has a magnetism with the intention of confusing people’s heads, keeping them increasingly away from the White Fraternity and the Sacred Teachings of the Mystery Schools.

It is not up to the Karmic Council to judge or condemn anything or anyone.

That was never the intention.

Karma is not a debt that a God, authoritative and with a staff in his hand, externally imposes on the beings of creation, but is the result of the creations of thought, feeling, speech and action in the world of form and experience.

Karma is the result of using the creative power given to all beings by the Primordial Source, in the exercise of free will.

As the saying goes: “sowing is optional, but harvesting is mandatory”.

Therefore, the Masters of the Council come into action in an attempt to better assist the resolutions of bad creations, and, as many have heavy Karma, it would be impossible to transmute all these vibrations at once. Thus, “part” goes in mercy.

Not by chance, one of the Masters of the Council is the Divine Kuan Yin, Lady of Mercy.

Therefore, the Karmic Council uses the merit of each current of life and the Law of Grace and Forgiveness, so that situations occur according to yuor capacities to support them.

So, consider the Council to be a group of extreme compassion and love, and nothing else.

Can you have an idea of the grandeur of these Masters who accompany and help humanity since time immemorial?

These are the ones who make up the Key of Grace and act as Counselors of the Karmic Council, in addition to thousands of other Masters who are in their Sacred Temples, helping in human development as wise men who have already had their moment of life on Earth and have learned.

Today, they return to help those who have not yet managed to leave the incarnatory wheel: Saint Germain, El Morya, Confucius, Kuthumi, Serapis Bey, Hilarion, Rowena, Paulo Veneziano, Master Mirian, Master Vitória and so many other Masters of the Great White Fraternity who continue to radiate from their Sacred Temples in the astral part of the planet.

These beautiful beings have been in direct contact with us aboard our ships and are very active in helping Earth in transition.

You have seen a lot of seismic activity in some areas and we are working to mitigate the effects within what we are allowed to act.

Some sensitive areas of the Earth are already being monitored by our ships more than before and we have been preparing for some rescues, if this is the case.

We remind you that we do not act on our own and we respect a law that is still beyond the understanding of all of you.

As you move forward in fusion with your I AM, you will be able to understand the Macro more expanded and will not give more space to judgments or misunderstandings, since you will become ONE with THE WHOLE and will understand with the Universal Wisdom about some movements.

It was never the Creator’s will to have sufference on Earth or anywhere in this Universe and beyond.

However, He/She gave all beings the freedom to choose which experiences they wanted to have.

Little by little, you will regain awareness and responsibility for each action.

In this, you are even more prepared to assume your chairs in the not too distant future, when you will be able to ascend and transcend all the limitations of the lower dimensions.

Keep calm and have faith.

Keep working on your interior so that you are not influenced by negative energies that will try to keep your vibrations low.

You, as those who come from the highest spheres, are Key Holders and Sacred Codes who, when aware of this, disintegrate negative energies with your simple presence in tune with your I AM.

In the meantime, we will continue working with our ships and ready for any call from the Supreme Creator.

We reinforce the need to stay in tune with good and love, as Gaia continues to release her energies and tensions.

Many souls on Earth are still in a sensitive zone and they will need your loving support more than ever.

We can calculate with a great deal of accuracy when and where some earthquakes and tidal waves will occur, but we respect Gaia and do not intervene until she calls us into action.

When it happens, we will be present, always helping in whatever way we can.

So, respect and cherish the well-being of your planet, taking care of it with love and remembering that it is your home at this moment.

Gaia needs now, more than ever, her best loving energies so that she too can free herself from everything that has been imposed on her in the last 25 thousand years, at least.

By now you should have realised that what is happening upon Earth is a sign of major changes taking place that will continue to do so until it has been prepared for Ascension. What was acceptable during the last cycle is no longer appropriate at a time when changes are needed to lift you up, and these will continue as the years pass by.

At present you may find it difficult to comprehend where they are leading as at times they seem to be random and without any real purpose. However, given time a pattern will emerge that reveals the elimination of old ways that will no longer be adequate to meet your needs.

You are currently living in a changeover period that is hard going, but there will be a turning point for the better in the very near future. So hold fast and do not despair as your patience will be well rewarded.

What is happening is perfectly normal at such times as you are in now, so be assured that we are with you to ensure all changes will be experienced as uplifting. It has been predicted for a long time and is not something that is a random occurrence. But for the dark Ones holding you back and trying to keep the truth from you, advancement could have taken place many years ago but nothing can prevent your continued progress as planned.

It is why we emphasize the need to maintain your progress and not be distracted from your life plan to ascend. You will be assured of success regardless of what action the dark Ones take. Bear in mind however that situations are used to clear karma that many souls carry with them, and at the time of discussing their life plan they agreed to it. This realisation explains why we tell you that nothing happens by chance.

You learn from your mistakes and it is why we tell you that once you overcome them, you normally will not be expected to face the test again. Everything is planned to help you evolve and particularly at this time to ensure you are ready to ascend. It is such an important time and you will certainly not want to miss the opportunity to leave the old vibrations behind and enjoy a peaceful and rewarding life.

In the future you will have more say as to what you want to do, and revising your past lives would indicate where your interests lay and help you to make your choice for the future. We as always will be on hand to advise you what is best to continue your evolution.

No doubt you already have ideas as to what you would like to do in future and your options will be considerable, as you will have proved your worthiness by experience to be a Space Traveller if that is your desire. So much will open up for you that the past problems and hard times you experienced will fade away into the past and be but a distant memory.

Can you imagine what it will be like to be released from the shackles that have held you back, and have a greater freedom of choice. To some degree you already know what to expect but the reality of it all is presently beyond your imagination, although your sci-fi films have been purposefully presented to give you an idea of what it is. Meeting other Extra -terrestrials will not be as strange as you might imagine because the human form is normal in your Universe, even if in some manner it is quite different it will still be recognisable as such.

You have so much to look forward to and we often remind you to simply keep your focus on your goal and not be distracted by what is going on around you. We realise that questions will arise in your mind, as a major change in your life raises all sorts of problems mainly related to your present family.

Certainly all souls must allow others to formulate their own choice as to what they do in the future. However, the type of life you choose is likely to lead you further afield, but your links with it will remain and contact will be through thought transference. Furthermore you will not have the same obligations to the family as upon Earth, although some will continue to keep a close link with them. Understand that some bonds created upon Earth are no longer necessary in a new situation that is not at all like your earthly experiences.

Much of what you need to know about your Space friends will come with the time of open contact that is not too far away. They are keen to meet you and introduce you to the new world that you will eventually live in. Believe us that they are highly evolved souls who wish to help you take your place in the new levels of vibration, that are devoid of the negativity that you face at present. Happy times beckon but as we have told you, you must first put the Earth in order so that it is safe for visitors to arrive and meet you. We will help you achieve it but first the intent must come from you and be achieved.

We are all brothers and sisters and the children of God and equal in God’s Eyes, and it would be wonderful if it was recognised and led to peace upon Earth. All of the time you threaten each other peace seems a long way off, but it must come in one way or another.

Time is relatively short for you to wake up and be what you were intended to be as Beings of Light and Love. How nice it would be if all hostilities were replaced by peaceful exchanges and recognition of the Oneness of all Life. Together you could turn the Earth into a paradise and live peacefully together, and we could meet you and enjoy being in your company. The more you send out such thoughts you will help create the energies to achieve it.

We salute you dear children of the Earth. Today we want to return to the future of the Earth. In the previous message we were talking to you about the possible transformations of your planet.

This, in fact, will happen, but you understand that everything will not be done tomorrow in your earthly time. The transformation of your planet will take place according to your spiritual development, according to your accentuated understanding of Life.

Currently you are experiencing « » upheaval of all kinds: in yourself and around you. This is the bubbling of transformation in transition. This transition that you are experiencing, it is true, moves you enormously. We often hear a lot of you say: « but what’s going on ? here there are people who lose their heads, who no longer know where they are, others become violent etc. … »

Yes, dear children of the Earth, the transformation of humans, your cells, your bodies in transition causes situations of this kind to be in those who are most fragile. But understand that you are not all in these situations. You who understand more or less the meaning of True Life, you who understand that you are coming to the transformation of the Earth and its humanity, you don’t feel as much trouble as humans who are unaware of what’s going on right now.

Much of humans are still attracted to materialism, money, possessions and power. Fortunately, and we see it more and more, another large part of humans awakens, at its own pace, to another understanding of life.  So, there are two movements of understanding of life on Earth and this creates turmoil that affects the body of your planet and stirs up its energies.

This is why we have always told you that your thoughts, your words are very important in the life of the Earth and of humanity. Any thought of Peace, of serenity will bring sweetness to the Earth and to its humanity. But, of course, spiteful thoughts, gestures of violence whatever they are bring to Earth and its humanity the duality that you are currently experiencing.

The transformation of the Earth can only be followed by a transformation of humanity. One is not without the other. Earth and you, earthly humanity, are one being. You are bound by the Creator’s Universal Energy Love, you are Him, HE is you. So, understand that when there is a strong duality it all reflects on all of you, Earth and humanity, but also in your galaxy and in your universe.

The Earth being in a phase of great transformation it also involves a transformation of your galaxy because the new energies of the Earth have repercussions on the energies of all the other planets around from you and much further.

You understand that the sweeter and more serene the transformation of the Earth, the more your galaxy will bring to your universe peace and serenity around you, on all planets. This shows you that everything is linked, strongly linked.  Nothing in the universe and all universes can transform without the transformation being, we would say, « general ».

Currently you are experiencing these changes in transition with more or less difficulty. But know that your whole being is gradually transformed too. You cannot live on a planet that turns into its body and energy without your bodies turning into their cells, DNA and forms.

Yes, you transform, you can sometimes feel it without understanding it. We have sometimes heard some of you say: « it’s weird, I feel like I have something changed in me but I can’t define it ». Yes, that is the reality, but some humans are more receptive than others to these internal transformations.

Dear children of the Earth do not doubt that we are very present with you to help you in this transformation linked to the transformation of the Earth. You need help, you need to be reassured and we are doing this.

Trust what’s going on in you and around you. Do not be influenced by the media which, under the thumb of rulers imbued with their power, will tell you things that could weaken you even more in your confidence in life. Don’t let yourself be influenced we repeat, have a good discernment on everything that is happening around you in your countries and understand that all this is only an immense manipulation in order to hold the people, wherever they are, under the power of a handful of humans wanting to own the Earth and a small part of humanity.

Be in confidence in Life, we repeat it and repeat it constantly, because it will allow you to live your human life in sweetness.

Humanity is awakening right now in this moment, the only moment there is – eternity – the time without beginning or end, in which creation is constantly ongoing as Mother/Father/God shares and extends Her nature, which is infinite Love, for the infinite glory of God and All of Her divine creation.

Every sentient being is forever One with Her, as well as being an individuated entity with its own self that reflects back God’s glory to Her in every moment. Truly life, existence, aware consciousness, Love, is beyond awesome, and this is what you are awakening into.

Your nature is Love, Life, and Joy, and your memory of It, which has never been lost, only mislaid, is about to be fully restored, as you let go of your belief in the limitations in which your human forms appear to enfold you.

You are all unlimited beings, just like God your ever loving Father, but you totally engaged with the game of separation and, as a result, with the limits that are a major aspect of it.

Over the ages holy ones, who have often been described or labeled as mystics, are merely ones who have delved deep within themselves and by doing so have become aware of their oneness with Source. Through that awareness they have realized that their inner world – at one with Source – is the only Reality, and that the physical world without is in fact unreal. It is but an individual and very personal appraisal of what the person’s brain/mind believes that it perceives in the physical environment seemingly outside itself.

You can all find the Truth within yourselves if you will take regular quiet time alone, inviting God to fill your hearts with Love. She is with you in every moment, and when you choose not to pay attention to the distractions with which your egos are constantly presenting you, and listen instead to the quiet voice of God within you, you will feel Her Love and therefore know that you and She are eternally inseparable – that She is the One in Whom you exist in eternal Oneness.

For eons, due to the brilliant construction you built in which to experience the unreality of separation, many have convinced themselves that there is a being – a god or idol – to whom they must constantly offer obeisance and sacrifices so that he will not judge them too harshly, or even destroy them.

Thus many bought into the idea that there was an overriding authority figure who watched their every thought, word, and action. And then, after a while, a small minority chose to presume that they had been chosen by him to have dominion over everyone else, and from that small group have arisen the systems of governmental or religious authority that still exist in the world today. And most children on Earth are born into cultures that teach them that they must obey “the authorities” or face judgment and punishment.

Over the last few hundred years awareness has started to grow that this cannot possibly be true, because wise ones throughout the ages have regularly demonstrated and shared the falseness of this belief with those who would listen, and then mass communication systems were invented – printing, mail services, telegraph, radio, TV, telecommunications generally, and the worldwide web – making it possible for everyone to learn this truth.

And as a result of coming to an awareness of this increasing numbers of people have chosen to honor their own personal sovereignty, instead of continuing to align with the long enforced systems of authoritarian control.

By doing so they have been able to eradicate the ingrained and false beliefs within themselves that they were trained as children to accept and respect. Nevertheless, as humans in form, you do experience yourselves as individual separated beings, and therefore believe yourselves to be susceptible to attack, sickness, injury, and death. And of course your human forms can and do encounter exposure to various dangers, and because nothing in form can avoid aging, decay, and death, the death of your human forms is inevitable.

Those who are reading or listening to this message are aware that they were created by an infinitely wise and loving being – Mother/Father/God – and trust that She will never cease loving them or terminate their existence.

However, many still believe that after their physical death that they will be subject to divine judgment, and possibly some form of punishment may then be imposed.

This is most definitely NOT the case. As has been explained to you very frequently: God is Love, and Love is always totally without conditions of any kind, She just IS. Therefore, when you lay down your physical forms, a most glorious and wondrous welcome awaits you, and you will find yourselves embraced by and fully enveloped in the Love that you and God are in every moment of your eternal unbroken and boundless existence.

Yes, at that moment, you will experience an entire unabridged review of your human life that has just closed, and every thought word or action in which you have engaged will unfold a bit like a movie in front of you.

However, you will experience absolutely no sense of guilt or shame. Mostly you will be amazed when you see the enormous amount of good that you accomplished during that life, and how your loving presence – even though you were unaware of it and received no feedback – uplifted and inspired so many others.

Your return from a temporary life in form will unveil for you what was hidden during that time, the complete and full awareness of your unbroken and uninterrupted eternal existence in the Presence of Mother/Father/God.

Expect to be overjoyed, and know that what you are going to experience will totally and most gloriously exceed any expectations for which you may be hoping.

Do you remember when wealthy people all over the world would stash their money in Swiss banks because there were so strong and so private?  Well, the second largest bank in Switzerland is literally on the brink of collapse.  As I discussed yesterday, Credit Suisse is a prime candidate to be one of the next dominoes to fall.  It has been on very shaky ground for a long time, and now the global banking panic has greatly accelerated the outflow of assets from the bank.  So why should you care if it fails?  Unlike Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank, Credit Suisse is so critical to the worldwide banking system that it has officially been designated “as being systemically important by the international Financial Stability Board”…

Credit Suisse is one of just 30 global financial institutions designated as being systemically important by the international Financial Stability Board. In other words, it’s too big to fail.

A “too big to fail” bank has not collapsed in more than a decade.

If Credit Suisse does go under, the shockwaves will reverberate all over the planet.  Even though Credit Suisse is now smaller than it once was, it is still vastly larger than SVB…

Credit Suisse had total assets of $574 billion at the end of 2022 — down 37% from $912 billion at the end of 2020. Its asset-management arm supervises another $1.7 trillion in assets. Those numbers dwarf anything seen at Silicon Valley Bank, which had total assets of $212 billion.

So let us hope that Credit Suisse can be stabilized, because the alternative would be a complete and total nightmare.

Just like SVB, one of the reasons why Credit Suisse is in so much trouble is because it loaded up on government bonds that have now gone down in price dramatically…

The balance-sheet problems that took down SVB are probably even bigger at Credit Suisse. While SVB bought mortgage bonds at 1.5% yields, big European banks were forced to buy sovereign debt at sharply negative yields.

At this point, large European banks are holding mountains of such bonds, and that is truly an existential threat to the entire European banking system.

Unless emergency measures are implemented, a whole bunch of these institutions will inevitably implode.

As for Credit Suisse, the stock price hit yet another brand new all-time record low on Wednesday…

Shares of Credit Suisse on Wednesday plunged to a fresh all-time low for the second consecutive day after a top investor in the embattled Swiss bank said it would not be able to provide any more cash due to regulatory restrictions.

Trading in the bank’s plummeting stock was halted several times throughout the morning as it fell below 2 Swiss francs ($2.17) for the first time.

There had been hope that Saudi National Bank would come riding to the rescue, but those running Saudi National Bank have ruled that out…

The fresh losses came after the chairman of the bank’s top shareholder, Saudi National Bank, ruled out investing any more into the bank in a Bloomberg interview on Wednesday. The Saudi bank has just under a 10% stake in Credit Suisse, and crossing that threshold would subject it to new rules.

After that news broke, Credit Suisse default swaps soared to levels that are absolutely absurd…

The cost of insuring the bonds of Credit Suisse Group AG against default in the near-term is approaching a rarely-seen level that typically signals serious investor concerns.

The last recorded quote on pricing source CMAQ stood at 835.9 basis points on Tuesday. Traders were seeing prices of as high as 1,200 basis points on one-year senior credit-default swaps Wednesday morning, according to two people who saw the quotes and asked not to be named because they aren’t public.

If you can believe it, Credit Suisse default swaps are now “about 18 times the contract for rival Swiss bank UBS Group AG”…

The level recorded on Tuesday is about 18 times the contract for rival Swiss bank UBS Group AG, and about nine times the equivalent for Deutsche Bank AG.

That is nuts!

Things have gotten so bad at the bank that employees are reportedly “crying” and having “meltdowns”…

Life on Earth is accelerating and there are many timelines in play now. It can be very beneficial to you, to ground and connect each day, to your Divine Self; your own greater wholeness.

We suggest you do this rather than grounding into the Earth, for the Earth is dynamically present and also present in many different versions simultaneously now. So depending upon your vibration you will connect with a resonant version of Earth.

What can be more beneficial to you now, is anchor into your own greater wholeness, the totality of your being. You can do this by imagining running a thick line of light up your spinal pathway into the higher realms and connecting with All That You Are. We suggest you do this daily and also that you invite your Divine Self, to share with you gifts of consciousness. You can always ask your Divine Self to give you whatever consciousness would be most beneficial to you now.

You could also ask for any consciousness you wish to receive, such as the consciousness that knows how to move through the day ahead with calm and inner peace. Or the consciousness that knows how to be living and present in a situation you have on your calendar that feels a bit challenging to you, or one with someone you love dearly and whom you wish to be present with in your greatest awareness.

All the Universe is supporting you, always. You are surrounded with love and there are many planes of expression happening within this same space in which you are focused. You only translate into perception those experiences you are resonant with. You are translating into perception far more than you realize. Many ideas you receive are being offered to you, as guidance from the angelic and from your own family of light who are guides who are always with you and assisting and supporting you.

You may not attribute the ideas you receive to these etheric helpers and that’s okay. They and we have no need for “credit,” but what is beneficial to you, is to begin considering how much love is being beamed to you all the time. It is beneficial to consider that you own Divine Self is broadcasting to you, always, going out before you and is aware of what is unfolding in your day and in that broadcast always giving you guidance and nudging you along the path that will bring you the greatest expansion and the most joy.

We are in this together, Beloveds. We want you to start to really feel this and not only in the morning during your quiet devotional time, or when out in nature on a walk, but more so even during the busy moments of your day and the parts of your day where you are out in the world and encountering a lot of the things you find mundane and perhaps even annoying at times.

We say that we would like you to be more aware of us, in these ordinary moments because ALL moments have the potential to be complete and fulfilling. All moments have the potential to exalt your humanity and lift you into an experience of higher light and divine expression.

We want you to know your lives in this way — aware of the divine intercession ongoing all around you all the time, and then for you to invite and welcome this support, which will empower you to receive far more than you currently do.

You live in a free will zone and as such when you invite us in, turn your attention to us, ask for help, we are far more capable of generously supporting you and we? We are made of that. That is our role in this cosmic game and one we love playing.

We love being with you and seeing you shine. We love the shifts that you are making that bring you into the truth of your being! We love seeing you become softer and more open and gentle. We love seeing you learn to believe in yourself. We love seeing you starting to more deeply rely upon your inner knowing and having the discovery that it IS reliable, no matter how deeply you test the waters, you will find clarity and inner peace in going inwards and harmonizing with All That You Are/All That Is.

The Equinox beloveds is going to be the kick-off to a truly liberating series of alignments and galactic energies that will lift you into the next octave to the degree you can incorporate and emanate with that vibratory frequency. The best thing which you can do to prepare for this, is to cultivate inner peace and harmony.

Anything thought that feels bad to you, is not true. We know that this is contrary to what you were taught and this unlearning has been ongoing for so many. But the time is now, to pay more attention to what is going on within you and realize YOU ARE BUILT FOR PEACE, HARMONY, ORDER AND YOUR ENERGY IS NATURALLY RADIANT AND BEAUTIFUL.

And when a thought does not feel good to you? This means your innermost being — your Divine Self — is not joining you in that perspective. That is what it means when you don’t feel good as you think something.

Take this in.

Feel into it and decide now, today, before the Equinox that, “I AM worthy and deserving of the best Life offers me. I am a Divine Being. I am Love. I am Truth. I am Light.”  And know that this is true.

Ascension is available. It is something that must be claimed by you. There are vast energetic changes taking place within this entire residential Universe. This shift of energy has happened since the anchoring of an expansive network of webbing that took place on Earth as you entered the time frame 2023. Through the dramatic multidimensional access openings on your planet at that time the Universal consciousness grids have been sending their tentacles of energy to interact through the Vortexes and Grids throughout the earth plane.  A vast rearrangement has taken place with the magnetic core of Earth shifting the structural form within the Grids and Vortexes. The energetic profile of Earth is rapidly undergoing change, it is being realigned magnetically to the Universal consciousness grid and this is creating what we call, ‘the great shift’ on your earth plane.

Through this changing energetic arena, you as an individual have vast opportunities to make alterations within your life by connecting consciously to your inner power. You have the power through conscious choice to let go and set in motion changes for yourself within your life now. There has never been a time like this to utilize the energetic shifts that are geared towards supporting changes that you set in motion for yourself.

“You are who you have been waiting for!” Rather than wanting change, that is your ego minds dialogue, you can consciously move forward into creating change for yourself. You create real change through anchoring a conscious choice action through the avenue of your Heart, which sets in motion a wave of personal power through your life creating that change.

This process within you shifts the dynamic of beginning to channel your sacred nature to create practical changes in your day to day living. You can begin in incremental steps, by making minor changes to your life. Doing this changes an old cycle of being in limitation and lack, breaks down self-sabotaging cycles and old belief systems held within you. There will be a natural shedding of the old shells of density, as you choose to take back your power and work through your Heart to create a changing dynamic in your life, however small.

This action by you revolutionizes your life by simply taking back your power as co-creator. All the new energetic profiles on your planet support these changes in you. This is the time for self-launching, creating what you desire for yourself at this juncture. You are a creator, let go and allow yourself to activate through your Heart, create and receive!

PROCESS FOR SETTING IN MOTION CHANGE:

What is essential in the process is to make sure you are fully aligned through your Heart while you consciously set in motion the changes you want in your life now.

1. Align to your Heart. You align by holding both palms of your hands on your upper chest. Take the time to feel the warmth of your hands or the pressure of the palms on your chest. Hold your awareness there. Your full attention is moved away from your ego mind (your head), all of attention is feeling the physical connection on your Heart space.
2. Take a Conscious breath and place it, like a soft wind, into where you feel the physical hands connecting to your Heart. Bring the conscious breath in two or three times.
3. The breath allows your awareness to open further within where you are physically holding the Heart. Take another Conscious breath within the space you see sense or feel and let go in the space.
4. Place the sound, ANNN… (arn) within your Heart space, do this as many times as you feel. This sound links you deeper to your Heart, the sound acts like a key to a door. Feel see or sense how a door opens in your Heart.
5. Once in your Heart consciously choose the change that you want in your life. You create this by placing the thought of this in your Heart. Select only one item of change. As you place the thought of the changing element that you desire, place a conscious breath into the essence of the thought and let go…

Each time to work within your Heart deep changes are taking place within your entire vibrational makeup. The old illusions begin to drop away from you and a self-liberation process is set in motion within and throughout your life. You can activate this process daily if desired.

We witness you as you undergo this next phase of change. Know that you are part of a greater movement within this universal realm of love.

Pretty much everything in our reality is fake. For most it’s an intense feeling of freedom and liberation and for some it’s very depressing. The idea that virtually everything is fake can be quite empowering. Many of you deep down knew this and this is where the liberation comes from. It’s kind of like everything was validated and you don’t really know exactly what it all means.

Fake News is a major deceptive tool these psychopaths use to fool us. The fake news media waters down everything in our reality to distract us from what’s really going on. There’s nothing balanced, fair or impartial about MSM. In the United States, Australia and other western nations MSM is owned and run by a group of corporations with an agenda of their own.

The main stream media is fabricating news for propaganda reasons perpetuated by fake journalists with no personal integrity whatsoever. They’re nothing but paid parrots repeating their party’s line that’s all.

When we look back hundreds of years let’s say from our future at the Hollywood and entertainment industry it will be nothing but a dark, sinister agenda that was pushed on the human race. If you’re looking for fakery and superficiality look no further than Hollywood and the entertainment industry. It’ll be a blackeye on our history.

The Hollywood culture and its views are infused with Satanism and we can see that becoming more apparent every day. Prostitution and pedophilia runs rampant in Hollywood and as sickening as it sounds that’s how you make it in Hollywood meaning you sell your soul. The culture surrounding the entertainment industry is about as shallow as it gets.

Corporate advertising is all fake and it’s agenda is to persuade you. This is all virtual mind control by slick corporate advertisers with zero morals. They use marketing as weaponized psychology. Big Pharma is a major pusher of weaponized psychology in its advertisements using happily retired couples, smiling babies etc. all to push their poison.

Fake medicine and it’s smorgasbord of drugs, chemotherapy, radiation, vaccines, mind altering psychotropics, etc. Also, the fact that an unvaccinated child can infect a vaccinated child defies all logic. Vaccines are a tool used in the depopulation agenda said by Bill Gates and many Elites. Vaccines are an example of extreme fakery in today’s fake world.

Fake food in today’s world has become so processed and so much of what we eat is not being grown from the Earth rather it’s being engineered in factories. Remember, true human immunity derives from lifestyle and diet. Much of what people eat is nothing but a synthetic reproduction marketed as nutrition. Some of this genetically modified food is so processed it barely has as much nutrition as a piece of cardboard.

GMO’s are so far from real food and it’s main purpose besides infertility and cancers is to genetically alter your DNA blueprint. Basically, GMO food is engineered to bypass digestion and go directly to the bloodstream. Meaning, you get no nutrition from this food and all the toxic chemicals like glyphosate goes directly to your blood which is exactly its purpose. Not good!

Fake water is another major fakery in our world. Most of the water that we drink is “dead water” diluted with chlorine and fluoride etc. It might be doing just enough to keep us alive but not thrive. Remember, we are water and real water is flowing and alive and carries memory and past information. Water absorbs what you’re thinking and feeling and changes its structure accordingly. Many people are getting sick and diseased by drinking synthetic water. What ever we do to our water, we are doing to ourselves.

Money is a major tool in keeping humanity in control and you all are very aware of this deceptive tactic. Our money holds no intrinsic value so no more needs to be said on this subject.

The fake state of Israel. Israel loves to talk about it’s right to defend itself but when has Israel ever been under attack apart from their own imagination. Perhaps they are worried about a few rocks and sticks thrown by Palestinians at their billion dollar defense system.

Fake education is not about educating the human mind it’s about indoctrination. They are educating the human race to be obedient workers, not thinkers. The education system’s only purpose is to dumb down the human being enough to eliminate a future threat. Think about it…they are not going to educate a population that could some day take them out.

Fake religion is all about inserting fake dogma, theology and beliefs into one’s mind to control. Basically, what the Church is doing is charging you a fee for a “divine translation” that pushes their agenda. Religion has ultimately been given to us to deceive us. The core of every major religion on this planet is Satanism and this will be a huge red pill that many will not be able to handle.

Ashian: Beloved light holders, and all who resonate with these words, we greet you, as you enter the most tumultuous period in humanity’s recorded history.

We wish to speak of the shock waves that are already reverberating around your collective psyche, as the old structure has collapsed and the new is not yet revealed. Not only have the negatively charged energies been dislodged and actively looking for new ‘homes’ – they seek the negative energy of pain, fear, anxiety, stress to feed off – but the human collective psyche knows that the time has come for the end game. They may not acknowledge it, but the shock of the fall of the cabal and its dependent structures is so profound that all are feeling it, even if they are not aware that is what is increasing their anxiety.

Jennifer: Yes, that’s exactly what I wanted to discuss with you. Over the past few days I have been extremely aware of deep feelings that something very ‘wrong’; there’s an energy I’m not familiar with moving through me that makes me exceptionally uncomfortable – I feel dizzy, have palpitations, feel nauseous – and I also get images or feelings of people crying in terror. I wouldn’t be exaggerating to say my head feels like a horror movie right now.

A: Yes, we are aware: what you are experiencing and describing will resonate with many energy workers and empaths who have reached a vibration where they are working for the collective good. The first thing we would say is to acknowledge the feelings. Acknowledgement is seeing (not turning a blind eye, or powering though), it provides a channel for the anguish and what is recognised is dissipated.

While many are not consciously aware of the changes behind the scenes, their souls are conscious. The time delay in rolling out the awakening Event is, in part, to give the collective psyche time to become aware of what has gone on. This preparation occurs unconsciously, the sure knowing that the evil is defeated and the old structures are crumbling as we speak. Embedded in that is also the keys each being knows to find their way through this time and remake their lives in a way that resonates with their higher selves.

J: So, it’s a sort of unconscious preparation?

A: Yes, that’s a good way of describing it.

J: And how do we cope? How do we help others cope?

A: The first thing to remind you is that the more subtle the energy work, the more effective it is. By that we mean: energy works from the subtle – psychic, emotional, mental – down into this physical expression in your body, through the symptoms you describe.

Sending the violet flame to the feelings and images that arise is one way to lessen the degree of severity with which it plays out. Asking a divine being, ascended master or angels to transmute the lower energies is another way. Prayer helps enormously when it comes from the heart. These are simply a few ways to work on the subtle energies.

You also need to take care of your body, as those thoughts and feelings resound through your physical form. These actions – and you are all reminded to create your own ‘menu’ of self-care solutions, from yoga and meditation to baths, dancing and drawing – will ground the feelings of balance in your bodies and for the collective.

Our final point is this: there is no need to be perfect, to move through this time in complete equilibrium. To do so would be a distortion. Everyone will have to face and deal with some aspect of shock and pain, as decided before incarnation with your higher self. So go through your process as best you can. We have no expectations of you, nor does your higher self. There is no grading, no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’, there is simply you being and doing the best you can in any given moment, armed with the knowledge that you will come through these ‘fires of hell’, and both you and humanity will be transformed forever, like phoenix rising from the ashes.
