  Frederick's book sounds really great. I love plants, flowers and trees and I sure do admire their beauty even though I don't have a very green thumb! The inhumanity of animals is really in the forefront these days and it is about time, I am a vego and have been all my life, I am sure I came in like that because I cannot even think of eating any flesh whatsoever! I also cannot abide cruelty to animals, their energies are very important to us humans at this time in the changing of days we need to connect with them more on an energetic level and work in harmony with them, they have been asking us to do this. Check out Healing with the Animal Kingdom By Butterfly Moon channelled through Natalie Glasson 25/4/11. I did this meditation with my group and it was very powerful.   Hello Yvonne

  Apologies for not writing sooner. I have just returned from a 5 day bio energy shaking meditation retreat at Tyalgum. It was an intense one, shaking 6hrs a day, 2hrs at a time. It was a shock to this body! But I am keen to keep going with it at home, it helps to heal the body, mind and emotions and tune  you into consciousness quicker. I will explain it more one day when I meet with you too much to go into here. I was glad to hear you are recovering quickly from your injury it is never pleasant when we hurt ourselves. My husband has been suffering with a bad back for the past month and we just found out that a doctor friend of ours does accupunture, so he has been having treatment and is responding very well to it. It seems your partner has been through quite an ordeal in his early years. Maybe one day it will all turn around for him and things will make more sense in a good way. You seem to be the best person for him to be in his life this can make a big difference to how we look at things in time.  I think I am babbling probably not a good time to write.   I too live in a beautiful area. I enjoy the best of both, the beach only 15 mins away and I live on a small acreage. We still have the occasional kangaroo coming through. We used to have them practically living in our backyard but now we have more people in the area and more dogs and fences which has blocked their tracks which is sad I don't know where they will end up with all the progress. We also enjoy a lot of birds which is nice.I am married to a wonderful man who is on his spiritual journey, we have lots of great conversations on many topics. Although we are not on the same path we relate well in our different beliefs. He is very connected to the Native American people although he wasn't born into that culture this lifetime his heart is very connected. He has been told he has been a very powerful chief in many lifetimes. We hold Native American sweatlodges once a month and many people that come recieve many benefits from it.I am very blessed where I live as there is a lot of spirituality here on the Sunshine Coast and lots of like minded interested people. I am part of a meditation group that has friendship connections (what I like to call them) My friend Blossom Goodchild channels the Federation of Light I have been connected with her since she moved here from England. You can check out her website. I have my own meditation group once a week it is only small at the moment as I have taken a couple of years off to recover from some health issues. I too am a healer this is my passion, I am a reiki master but don't really work with it anymore I am guided by spirit now. Well I had better finish for now.
