I believe that whatever your symptoms are - they are unique for each person, as we are all divinely unique within the whole.
Since starting my Reiki journey I can honestly say that I've cleared SOOOO much cra*....(literally!!) & still do to this day. Headaches are most likely a sign that your being & soul self is re- adjusting/balancing to the increased energy levels along with the 'speeding up' process we are all going through just now. It's beautiful to settle into. Going with the (warm) glow......LURVLEEEEE
