Your Relationship With Fear By Natalie Glasson With Archangel Raphael

 

Greetings, greetings, greetings I share with you. I am Archangel Raphael. I come forth with the angelic vibration and bring forth the archangels to surround you with their power, their Creator qualities and expression so that these may be shared with you now in abundance, in bounty, so that you may access and activate the same within your own being.
 
You have so many Creator qualities, and your power, which is a flowing source of light from the Creator.
 
You have this opportunity now, upon the earth, to use your power. This power that is given to you by the Creator, that flows through your soul group/soul/physical body, you can use this for anything you wish, anything that you can imagine – intentions/wishes/knowing – when you have that knowingness inside of you.
 
The power of the Creator flows through your being abundantly and you have the ability to activate so many Creator qualities within your being. These activations are not necessarily like firework displays or like lightening striking.
 
Sometimes they are subtle; they just seep into your being, into your cells/mind/emotions, until one day you realise that you have transformed. You may not even be sure how, but you can recognise the shift and the embodiment of a Creator quality.
 
Today, I, Archangel Raphael, wish to speak with you about your relationship with fear. I ask you: What is your relationship with fear like?
 
I will give you a few examples to support you in bringing forth an understanding into your awareness. When fear fills your body and your being, do you feel in your power or do you feel that fear crumbles you; that fear takes over and fear has the power?
 
If we had to determine who has the power, is it you as a divine being? Is it you as the personality on the earth? Or is it your fear?
 
It is most likely that, at some time during your day, it feels as if your divine self is empowered and very powerful. Other times it might feel that that fear is the most powerful one that holds the power; that fear is dictating your actions and reactions even influencing your thought process.
 
When fear strikes, do you allow fear to be fully embodied within your being or is it something that you simply recognise? You may feel strongly but you recognise it holding the understanding that you are a divine being, that your power is within you, that love is your power, that truth/peace/balance are your power and that these bring forth clarity.
 
When clarity is present it is harder to hold onto fear because clarity allows you to contemplate the fear; to recognise whether the fear is necessary, to recognise from where the fear is coming and even to recognise the message that fear is trying to share with you.
 
Fear is valuable. It keeps you safe. It supports you acting as a supporting role. We do not wish to erase fear completely, however, we also do not wish to embody fear completely because when you embody fear completely, you become paralysed and you are no longer aware of your connection with the divine. It’s almost like two realities emerge.
 
When you are aware of your connection with the divine – your power/love/peace/light within you – you open up a reality that is born from that and you think/act/react from that space.
 
When fear strikes and is embodied completely, you then open up a reality of fear – of worry/anxiety/ stress/limitations – and you live in that reality. You also act/react/think from that reality; from that energy within you. So fear begins to be amplified. You go deeper and deeper into the fear and the fear becomes more and more pronounced in your reality.
 
There is a need to experience the middle road. That is where you are aware of yourself as a divine being – of the love, peace, truth and light within you – and you can let fear can talk to you. You are accepting a fear talking to you.
 
When it talks to you, it might cause you pain in your chest or a headache. It might make your tummy feel nauseous. You might feel anxious. You might feel guilty or you might feel regret. We can recognise that that is fear talking to you.
 
We don’t want to block fear from talking to you; we want that relationship/communication to be open and strong. When we give the appropriate power to fear, fear can be very helpful; alerting us to things and even encouraging us to go deeper into our inner truth. Fear becomes a companion but not an embodiment – not a reality – so you have a relationship with fear where fear can talk to you and share.
 
As a being who is aware of their divine self, you then have the opportunity – with clarity – to accept/listen to/acknowledge the voice and messages of fear. Then, from a space of power and clarity, you can make a choice.
 
In this instance, do you listen to this fear – to the message of fear – or do you simply thank that message, because it has alerted you to something, and then go deeper within your being and receive a knowingness and maybe follow that knowingness instead?
 
Through this way of being with fear, you are creating a powerful relationship with fear – with your own fear – that serves you, rather than hindering you. Gradually, as you begin to practice this, fear actually lessens.
 
Often people are so used to embodying fear fully, that as soon as fear begins to speak they find that they are fully embodying their fear. It’s almost this starting process that requires the most education and focus because you realise that you are embodying your fear and that this relationship is not balanced and it doesn’t help you.
 
In that moment, with that recognition, you bring your awareness into your divine self – your truth – and you begin to breathe that divine energy in and out until you reach a space where you feel more at peace and you are still recognising, as if observing fear.
 
It may still feel like fear is being embodied fully within your being, and that’s okay. You can say something like, ‘My divinity holds the power in this moment.
 
You can also ask, “Fear, what is your message to me now?” You can even talk to fear and say, “Fear, there is no need for me to fully embody you anymore – for you to take over all my senses – I’m willing and ready to listen to you.”

You can step back, as if a friend by your side.

If you practice this, at the start it will be challenging and it won’t feel is if you aren’t making any progress but if you continue with it, you will notice that fear steps back. When something happens that activates fear, maybe something that always activates fear, you will notice that fear is not as fully embodied and is more just an awareness; it doesn’t take over your entire being. You still feel balanced, even when you are connecting with fear.
 
Through this practice, gradually you will bring balance to your relationship with fear and this relationship with fear will be more appropriate, more natural and more nourishing for your being. It will allow you to go even deeper into the Creator presence within you.
 
This is what I wanted to share with you today; to encourage you to contemplate/explore/experiment/ talk with fear and your own inner clarity and discover a balance that serves you.
