This man has had contact with other beings and many races (both good and bad) through out his life and has traveled with his consciousness to many different dimensions and has gained greatly different perspectives on our reality. Some may agree, some may not. For me, this is the only material I've come across thus far that resonates so incredibly well with me.

Bringing it in from any source you can is a good thing in my opinion, it's really what feels right to you....
We all help each other on different levels, even if we aren't aware of it....
What you focus on is what you will invevitably manifest, so it's good to set your sights on things that look beautiful in your eyes.....
