You notice how your concentration is improving, and how it is you grow, as you allow yourself to be.Restful surroundings are necessary, as are periods of profound solitude, so you can start listening and pay attention to the Quiet Voice within, and thereby you will see how the journey of life unfolds.Tune into the joy and beauty that surrounds you. Let anything in nature that catches your senses sink deep into your soul -- the colors, sounds, shapes, smells, and the way the wind moves. Become aware by living in the moment. Notice the dance of the leaves in the wind, the fragrant smells floating by, and the erratic cloud formations.Take time to ponder the awesome power behind everything, then come full circle thinking of the First Source and Center of everything, and how it is that everything is held in the palm of His Hand, for there is nowhere, where God is not.Open up to your deepest yearnings to feel connected to the Source at any time of the day or night. In so doing, grow this connection in every cell and atom in your body, mind and soul, so you grow in spirit, your only reason for existing.Remember, the Joy is in the journey.© The 11:11 Progress Group.You lit a Flame, and it will become a Raging Fire—ABC-22.www.1111ProgressGroup.comI get these emails on a almost daily basis and this is the one I got today........as I read the words tears formed in my eyes by the time I got to the end I was sobbing my eyes out, but not because of sadness I believe they touched some kind of knowing deep inside..and although I am awake and remember some portions of real self I look forward to the day when I remember everything.
