Wingmakers, Voyagers, and Wanderers - How does ascension "really" work?

Deborah DeNicola posed the question: "Will people who are not 'consciously' aware that they are on a deliberate path to seek ascension, be ascending as well as those who are?" (see separate discussion). This question prompted us to investigate a couple of published materials dealing with ascension and how it "really" works. Among them are the Wingmakers materials (http://www.wingmakers.com/), the MCEO Freedom teachings (http://www.azuritepress.com), and the Wanderers Handbook (http://www.scribd.com/doc/274095/Carla-L-Rueckert-A-Wanderers-Handbook). All sources do contain a tremendous amount of material that is almost impossible to discuss in its totality. Therefore and because not everyone can read all sources completely I would suggest to just quote any interesting/challenging/controvers issues for discussion. Please feel free to bring up any issue or question associated with these teachings or that is otherwise related to the mechanics of ascension.

    I´ve read a lot of the Wingmakers material , and this is really interesting.
    It´s a shame that "James" has been murdered.
