  I have been doing a lot of research on the dracs and the paa-tal - feel free to add your input on the forums here:

  from what I understand the dragons were the first beings, as well as the elemental "fae"  - elemental spirits - I believe both belonged to the same "kingdom" - then there were dragon fairy wars - and the elohei are basically elemental beings, like fae - paa-tal are basically the elohei, and I guess the elohim are those of that negative elemental disposition that the draconians arose from, which then led to the annunaki, and the paa-tal incarnating into the beings they created - lyrans, syrians etc.

  I like to think of the elves as the faes desire to protect and nurture reality, and draconians as the desire to control and subjugate it.

  So you got the elohei for good fae, possibly the elohim for bad fae, the seraphei for good draconians, the seraphim for bad dracononians, the nephalim for the draco human hybrids, and the oraphim for the anuhazi/turanasium/sirian/lyrian/pleiadian whatever hybrids that humans are.

  So why is this civilization which is very unified giving very different tales.

  silver legion also never mentioned until tolec, i do not even trust the GF i dont trust any organization who stays in the shadows.

  personally i do not trust tolec.  his version of andromedan alliances and intentions do not mesh well with alex colliers.  I cannot say which is right, however the way alex describes them seems more like the way they would be, not planning on interfering and being involved with GFL, alex never mentioned them as GFL.  He has always stated they would not interfere other than to save the planet from being destroyed, earth power stuggle is its own problem to deal with and they will be there when we have sorted it out.  Tolec has them like and with the GFL ready to ride in and save the day.

  Either way finding and comparing what everyone says about this topic will guide you closer to the truth of it no doubt.  I have only heard the paa-tal ( i am unsure how this should be written) mentioned in alex's work, and possibly star trek.( I am thinking of the gods who live in the wormhole in deep space 9, cannot remembe what they were called.)

  According to alex collier, the andromedans DO NOT KNOW who the paatal are, they THINK it is US humans on earth right now, in the past we were the original creators of this universe and have moved onto the next higher octave.  Their "belief" that we are the creators in our youth right now leads them o want to come here to help and observe this process.

  Remember though even the andromedans dont really know who they are.

  I'm not sure about the Elohim and Paa Tal, I think that they are related but need to think on it.

  Ok, from what I understand, the Paa Tal were one of the founding races of the universe, along with the Draconians. The Draconians were focused on service to self, the Paa Tal focused on service to others.

   

  To get this point, you need to understand 'the game', of polarity. The idea is that service to others equals love based thinking, service to others equals fear based thinking i.e. what can I do for the good of all vs. what can I do for myself.

   

  At some point, under free will, certain beings entered into an agreement where we would populate 3d worlds. These worlds had been created by the Draconian races and were 'sold' as experiences by which all could experience 3d reality, including pleasure and pain in order to grow our souls. We were not progressing far enough and therefore took this route.

  
  We were told that in order to do this, we would need to merge with an element of the dark in order to hold physical form. These beings had been created in part by the Draconian races and then later had additions to DNA which were added to upgrade compatability with the souls of our star nations.

   

  Perhaps we did not think it possible for us to become separated from love but we either did not understand, or took the risk that if we did not break through the barriers and veils, that we would be trapped on Earth and within the re-incarnational cycle until such a time that this was agreed.

   

  That time is now.

   

  Those races who have previously beaten the game, come here in order to raise up the others who have been trapped here, risking becoming trapped in the world by forgetting who we are, as have those who we have come here to help. We are entitled to as our DNA was used to upgrade the human race therefore we are legitimately categorised as 'human' regardless of our origins.

   

  To my understanding the Paa Tal populated Lyra, Orion and the Pleiades. During the wars over Lyra and in the Orion systems, many of us fled to other planets.

  I'll post more later but this is where I'm up to so far.
