While Sun Gazing today I saw......

I seen the most amazing thing while sun gazing the other morning!  It had been a few years since I last did the sun gazing so I thought I would start doing it again.  The front of my house faces the East and it was a cold morning so I thought I would just sit on my sofa and do my sun gazing from inside my house.  After sun gazing for about 2 minutes I started to notice a red aura around the sun and then the red turned into a heart shape around the sun!  So beautiful and something I will never forget! 

Another thing that happened after my sun gazing.  My back and leg pain went away and I felt better than I have felt in awhile.

Anyone ever experience anything like this?

    Yes when I awoke spiritually I started spontaneously sun gazing. I was just doing it and didn't even know it was called sun gazing. Only found that out recently. It would charge me right up, but I wouldn't recommend to all first learning about it, as it can be dangerous if you do not know what you are doing. Thanks for posting this bringing back nice memories.

    I started sun-gazing earlier this year.  I'm hoping to lessen and even rid myself of corrective lenses.  I'm up to over 8 mins.  Good to hear of your experience!
