what realy happen during meditation?

Many things said by new agers might as well be bs but where they scoup marks is this mysterious event called meditation. Something truely strange happens realistically during and after meditation-especially after.But they seem to exergerate it, anyway or they get it all inacurate. It has nothing to do with experiencing truth. If a christian meditates, he sees his Jesus more clearly. If a muslim meditates, he sees his Mohammed more clearly. If a starseed meditates, he sees his reptilians more clearly. If a buddhist meditates, he sees his buddha more clearly. If a devil worshiper meditates, he sees his devil more clearly. If an atheist meditates, he sees a lack of God very clearly. If a mathematician meditates, he sees hamiltonians very clearly.Since many of those things are mutualy exclusive, quieting the mind has nothing to do with finding truths but yes, it brings tremendous joy in everything that latter comes to mind.My truth is joy, bliss and ecstasy. So in meditation, I succeed, nevertheless.:)
