    I understand this aspect, the idea of a shadow self. I do not fully understand the concept though. As I have mentioned, I have died before, It might have been brief, but it was long enough to change how my mind works. I do not see as others do. I pierced into darkness and light, looked straight into the source of what I call GOD. There was no words, no emotions, nothing. What I saw at that time was beyond my understanding.

    At the last minute of this video I thought about putting our shadow of ourselves in Earth. This way the disturbing behaviour/energies will be cleansed and are we grounded into Earth and makes our shadow self a great power for our well-being. The sun is shining on top of your heads, remember? ;)

    A lot of work-all I need are mantras, deep meditation, quieting the monkey mind and allow thoughts and images to flow across my mind. The wash of colors and vibes and the Violet Flame are an added bonus for peace.
