Absolutely. And I don't stare at goats. I am convinced that there is telepathic condition between dogs and their masters. I've stared at and silently (and gesture-free) commanded one of my two dogs to bark, and he's done it on this type of silent command a few times. I've stared at both dogs and silently asked if they wanted to go out and "meet the doggies" (which is code for going out and eating "people food"); one time they both did respond properly (but I was also dressed up, so maybe that had an influence).
It's only one more sign that we are evolving to a higher level within nature. And it may be another reason why the money addicts are demanding our (s)elected government leaders to grant them the ability to monitor anyone at anytime, and without a warrant. How dare the useless eaters have an unmeasurable and undetectable psychic ability that evolves out of love and stellar influence!!!
