It's time we acknowledged that our spiritual fields need cleansing. There are energy blockages and they stop us from ascending. You can think of them as rocks or stones because they have shut down and hardened; it's what puts us to sleep.
You think we can't create enough healing energy to operate 24/7? You are wrong.
If all our chakras were fully operational, we would have a greater depth of emotions, and a greater zest for life.
Nobody knows exactly how we would feel if we fully ascended, because we are always imprisoned by these "rocks" that the dark cabal has imposed on us. However, research has been done. New and stronger emotions means that there are different ways of thinking, new ways of thinking, BETTER ways of thinking.
Little changes happen everyday to our spiritual fields, which is what adds to the variety of life, but some of these changes are unwanted. The most accessible way to change our spiritual fields is to watch movies and listen to music. They tend to be emotionally moving. The good movies and music change "rocks" into soft material, which can be eliminated naturally by the body. The bad movies and music insert stoic "rocks" to drain our energies and make us feel less love.
The GFL knows how to get rid of hate and anger quite easily, which is why the dark cabal has reverted to making us more emotionless. This makes sense because we are now more tranquil creatures than we used to be.
It would help if we were more sensitive to our feelings, and could single out each emotion inside of us, to know whether stimuli affect us positively or negatively.
