Sikh Temples throughout the World offer free Langar ( Vegetarian Food ).
All are welcome regardless of cast or colour or rich/poor.
In UK alone there are over 250 Temples.
I visited a few in London and there general health and hygine standard is low ...so they might offer free food but there is a risk of you getting SICK...and in some case also food poisoning.
I found most of them do not wash there hands when serving food.
I found some using Mobile Phones when serving food.
I found some shaking hands of friends who just come in while serving food.
I found at times the food cold and it had been there quiet a while.
I found those serving food putting their hands in their pockets.
I found those serving touching their clothing and hair.
I found no one wears gloves
I found no one wears hairnets and that is why sometimes hair is found in food..especially the ladies are mostly careless and filthy as they constantly touch their clothing ( Chunies) while cooking and serving thus contaminating the food.
I found most lacking basic food and hygiene rules.
I found most most wear bangles and rings thus contaminating the food.
I found most women talk nonsense while cooking thus putting bad vibes in the food.
I found most do not wash their hand when entering the kitchen and when serving food.
I found when they sit on the floor they put their hands on the floor and eat with their dirty hands.
I found that quiet a few stand and eat as you should never stand and eat only in extreme cases where no seating is available..it is important to sit and eat properly for if you stand and eat the food is not digested properly and just goes right through.
I found the general LOVE VIBES are low.
I also heard abusive language being used in Sikh Temples although in rare cases.
I FOUND VERY VERY FEW WASHED THEIR HANDS BEFORE EATING .
In some Temples the wrong people have taken control and unless they are cleared out the Sikh Temples are not a safe place to go.
What action to take:
Report to the local council who will either impose a heavy fine or in extreme cases close the Temple down.
Be very careful of the food you are served and the way it is served.
What good is serving free food if it is continamated.
These temples are also becoming more business and politics.
THIS IS NOT WHAT GURU NANAK THE FOUNDER OF SiKH RELIGION WOULD LIKE AND I HAVE A FEELING HE WOULD REFUSE TO EAT IN THE SIKH TEMPLES WHERE THE STANDARD IS LOW.

Warning . .most Sikh women who do service in temples constantly touch their dirty clothing ( head covering called chunis) instead of wearing hairnets while cooking and serving food ...their chunis are dirty as they have been in cars or tube or busses yet they have no common sense that they must wear hairnets or put their chunis tucked in their dress and tight on their heads so they do not need to touch them while cooking ...if you tell them they attack you instead of thinking that he is right ..such are most women in Kali Yuga

to all Sikh Temples so they cook and serve with love. Serving free food with no love is like serving poison..yet most of these bastards don't know that the consciousness of the cook and the server goes in the food ..lot of ignorant people in the Sikh SICK TEMPLES who pretend to be holy.

When a SINGH SAINT who I have had the pleasure to meet refused to eat in the Sikh Temple because the food had bad, negative and low vibes then it's time for all those who go to Sikh Temples to beware.
There is good and bad in all religions AND THERE ARE A LOT OF CRAZE BASTARDS IN SIKH TEMPLES EXPECIALLY SOME CRAZY WOMEN WHO HAVE NO FOOD AND HYGIENE STANDARD ..WHO TALK NONSENCE AND ILL OF OTHERS AND WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK AND BEHAVE IN TEMPLES ..this what I say is the TRUTH and a lot of false fake hypocrites need to be removed from doing service in Temples
This religion is over 500 years old and even after over 500 years 99.9 % don't know that they should wash their hands before eating...do animals wash their hands before eating ..NO ..so they are closer to animals.
After over 500 years still they don't know that gloves, hairnets and serving tongs exist as most serve with unclean hands

WHEN A SAINT WENT TO THE SIKH TEMPLE HE WAS OFFERED A PLATE OF FOOD BUT HE DID NOT EAT AND TOLD THEM THERE IS POISON IN IT AS THE WOMEN COOKING WERE TALKING ILL OF OTHERS
Also sometimes some of the food items may be from yesterday all you see is not freshly cooked. Also when serving most of the volunteers touch your plate with the serving spoon instead of keeping a distance so as not to touch.
I have heard of cases where the Sikh Temple committee heads have taken the donation money and used it for their own needs ..like building an extension in their home. I have heard cases where the priests have taken the money out of the donation box using a hover to suck out the notes.There are quiet a few bastards in the Sikh Temples that need to be removed
Do not be fooled by the outer appearance most of them have no love in the heart and they may offer free food but most Temples I went to would fail food and hygiene inspection and most Temples I went to the food was served with low love vibes
Most of them are uncivilised but pretend to be very holy ..jackels in disguise
Some fools in Sikh Temples also serve chocolates and biscuits not knowing that some contain eggs in them..such uneducated fools you will find in Sikh Temples
