Lightworkers need to keep their bodies as pure as possible.
IT IS BEST TO COOK YOUR OWN FOOD UNLESS YOU KNOW THE COOK / COOKS WELL EVEN THEN IT WILL NOT BE AS GOOD AS COOKING YOUR OWN FOOD
You have to be very careful when you eat food in a restaurants as the energy in the food is likely to be low. The food in the restaurant is cooked so it can be sold ..so when money comes into it the love and light energy is low ALSO you will find most staff in restaurants are careless as they do not wash their hands as often as they should ALSO you will find them most of them handling money and then handling food without washing their hands
REMEMBER WHEN COOKING THE FOOD THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE COOK GOES IN THE FOOD PLUS IF THE COOK IS NOT PURE LIKE HE SMOKES, DRINKS ALCOHOL AND USES ABUSIVE LANGUAGE ALL THIS ENERGY GOES IN THE FOOD. Nonsense talk when cooking goes in the food.
ALSO BE VERY CAREFUL OF EATING FOOD IN TEMPLES...VERY CAREFUL.. AS THE HYGIENE STANDARD IN MOST TEMPLES IS LOW...MOST WILL GIVE YOU PRASHAD... OFFERED FOOD WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS and most do not wash their hands as often as they should.
ACTUALLY IF YOU CANNOT OBSERVE THE COOK COOKING DO NOT EAT THAT FOOD AS YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON BEHIND IN THE KITCHEN...make this a GOLDEN RULE
When you cook your own food you will naturally put good vibes and good energy in it and this is the best thing to do.
This discussion is not on what food you eat but about avoiding restaurants and cooking your own food.
Generally Spiritually advanced people prepare their own food

I no longer go to restaurants. I don't find them a big deal anymore, but rather I agree it's food prepared from a lower vibration.
Veges are sprayed, and noodles bars put veges in a noodle dish. I used to think it was healthier to get veges - now I look back and consider the whole dish to be almost poisonous. From the 'sprayed' veges (that are pre-chopped, stored, sent on a truck) to the chicken I used to eat, to the stock and the processed noodles. No more tho.
I've also heard a good saying 'don't eat from anyone who doesn't love you'. I think this is a good guide.
I do prepare my own food, even when I go out for the day. I pack an esky and put my salad in there. It's more effort but there's no takeaway food that I consider is worth poisoning my body with.
Very Good Butterfly as you are doing the right thing...SOME FOOLS THINK EATING IN POSH RESTAURANTS MAKES THEM FEEL PROUD BUT THEY DO NOT REALIZE THE VIBES ARE LOW IN THE FOOD.
also like you state... don't eat from anyone who doesn't love you'..
They certainly do - and now they can't wait to rush you out the door so they can get the next customer in.
Some posh restaurants have 'meat glue' in their meats! It's dangerous and filled with bacteria. And 'rare' sort of steaks and uncooked fish have lots of parasites in them! So many hams have run past expiry date only to be dipped back into a solution to appear all fresh again, then a new expiry date put on it.
I also don't trust that they wash all the veges - not when they are in a hurry anyway. It's more like 'time is money so hurry up'.
On a good note... it is good to nurture yourself and to find some therapy and creativity with yummy food. I've been making coconut yogurt, adding organic blueberries to it and today strawberries (which I put into the blender as they were only $1 on special at the org shop). Yum!
Actually if you are not able to observe the cook cooking do not eat that food because you do not know what is going on behind in the kitchen.
LIGHTWORKES MUST BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL IN THIS ISSUE.
MOST RESTAURANT FOOD HAS HEAVY KARMA IN IT...HEAVY...it can take days to get it out of your system
