Saw some YouTubes of Sikhs boasting of giving free food in temples and all welcome ..I have been to quiet a few Sikh Temples in London.

99% of the Sikh Temples food would fail health and food hygiene inspection.

So don't bother about free food but worry about your health.

All Sikh temples should be regularly inspected by food and hygiene inspectors as most would fail ..their level of food hygiene is low .

After visiting several sikh temples I found Sikh women one of the most unhygienic women in the world ..most have a part of brain missing so their common hygiene commonsense is missing ..they would fail basic food hygiene .. also few cook or serve with love.

Once a Sikh Saint went to the Sikh temple and was offered langar ( free food ) but he refused to eat it as it had become poisoned due to all rubbish talk by Sikh women who were preparing the food

  • Don't worry about the quality of an act of love and kindness. That power in such an act is greater than the words of a scared human. Do not worry about your health unless you are very practiced at manifesting negative outcomes for yourself. Know that the Universe has better things in store for you!
