I believe it's real, but they have had similar photos to this effect that have "super fast" images caught on film that were either spy planes or insects. Note that it's possible that this could be a spy plane sent on reconnaissance in western Europe by the money addicts in the United States, as many of the money junkies here (and in Europe) are nervous with the local populations in western Europe due to their grabbing of other people's money in the name of "debt payments."
