They're looking how the Hong Kong reps. will respond to the people. This is the students that are organizing these protests that won't stand for the "old ways" anymore. Even thou they can see us in space, by appearing in view of the people and on video, tells us that "they" are watching us. Remember, they don't have to reveal themselves.
