This is indeed great footage, I have seen these same orbs in Holland (which means translated to english 'Hollow Land').
I was in January 2011 in Barneveld/Holland at a meeting about starpeople, and saw in the break of the meeting these orbs flying around high in the sky. I assume it is Pleiadan, Arcturian or Sirian craft.
