I found this site as I was in a giant pit of despair and he'll this morning... And as ways when I really go Ito it & allow myself to really feel this place, crying, sobbing, believing it with my full abilities- I get an answer- I get relief - I get truth - for beyond this place of fear of separation and aloneness, is the alloneness!!  If we allow, surrender, & accept.  But what a journey!! What a path!! Fir this physical experience as human wholeheartedly believes it is alone... & the re-programming seems ENDLESS & INFINITE.... but the words of a fellow human on this site inspired truth... & I allowed them in for a day of accepting & receiving their truth .  Thank u Halli Hansen
