Life-changing spiritual adventures are often part of an out-of-body experience. Both occurred while lying in bed, doing deep breathing meditation and moving downward in consciousness toward my subconscious self. Layers of Energy and Color

Out-of-body explorers often describe the perception of moving through layers of energy and color.
