This article is added to a new post from News from Ashtar as I feel that it needs it's own area. The original title is called "Strength of Ascension" I am adding Part I and Part II here (which I just finished channeling.) So much is being written about the 'Ascension Process' but what is exactly going on this time and place? We are wanting to assist you in finding answers that you are happy with...so that you may find the strength in the words that we write at this time and place...We assure you that much is happening upon Mother Earth as We are speaking...and much is in the way of cleansing and clearing out 'out-dated' energies and restoring much needed good energies for much of what We and Mother Earth are needing to assist in the Ascension process. There are many weather patterns that are on the cycles of destruction...of clearing out the old and bringing in the new...bringing in New energies of Light. Much clearing needs to happen...but many of the Inhabitants of Earth can assist in these changes by bringing in more light into their hearts, by 'waking up' to what is happening around them...and by caring more for your fellow human beings. The process of 'Paying it Forward' is needed to bring in more light energies...of bringing in more love into Mother Earth. More Light is what brings more ascension energies to You...and less tragic Earth changes. As you grow in spirit, you assist Mother in clearing out her negative energies that she absorbs from the billions from which live upon her. But this can only happen with more Humans awakening.Many have asked Us what they can do to assist in the Ascension Process...this Dear One's is easy...Just Love as much as you can...forgive and allow yourself to release pent up emotions that are negative from your heart and thus your body. As you release these emotions you feel lighter and you also assist Mother in releasing Her own negative energies as well. This is ascension in the works...you are making yourself lighter and thus you move your energies up a notch. Thus you create a merkabah without the meditations and the un-necessary 'other stuff' that is written about. Much that is written is making something that is really simple an impossible feat. Much of what is written today about ascension is making a realistic goal far fetched and out of range. What isn't said about Ascension that You need to know is that everyone is able to ascend. But this is up to each and every individual upon this Earth. Are you ready?Then listen up Oh Our Dear One's...for Ascension is within your reach...and you are already ascending if you are reading this and are understanding what We are saying. Ascension is not a difficult thing that only the most Holy and Honest of Men and Women will accomplish...Honestly speaking, all can ascend if you are ready within your hearts...that you are not afraid and that Fear has no part in your heart. You are honest in your heart...and holy within that part of you that is love undefined. You are love...you are light..what is it you are afraid of? Ascension is not something that only a few will accomplish...millions will ascend...and you will too if you are strong in your heart and if you are willing to let go and forgive all that have wronged you...and can move beyond that which is holding you back...More on this soon...are you with Us in writing this?Ashtar and the Light Academy
