  You are a spirit, therefore everything you do can be considered spiritual, in a sense... spirituality is a word used to describe you, or anyone else on their spiritual journey... which usually refers to finding out more about who you really are and what you are capable of. It is 100% a "good" thing... but those that wish to have control over other people have made their way into some spiritual groups and are giving false and misleading information... so you need to be careful with who you choose to "follow", or take advice from.

      I would say, believe in yourself instead and your own ability to find out. Meditation is a very potent "tool" for self discovery, which is used around the planet and has been for thousands of years... deep, slow breathing and focusing on relaxing the whole body and mind, is my suggestion to you. When you do this for about 20 minutes a day, i think you will find out a lot more than following anyone elses advice. Basically what this does is it begins to distance you from all of the confusion in the world, and in your mind, and gets you in "tune" with your greater "Beingness". You don't need to follow anyone else, you can find out for yourself... what it All means. : ) If you do I would be interested to hear your experiences.
