Dear friends, let me tell you something you already know. Life down here in this third dimension is quite a horrific experience for the Great Majority of Us. I have been around this type of ''infos'' like here on Ashtar Command and many other sites for more than 25 years by now. And very unfortunately not even one of all the great changes announced by a wide variety of so-called beings of light, positive E.T.,all sorts of angels...archangels and so on EVER CAME TO PASS! The messages never really changed through the years in essence, only in form with a few variations of the same themes... I have to admit I desperately needed to believe back then in these *Announcements* because I was suffering like hell to live on Earth with all its cruelty and harshness. I even got to the point of wanting to suicide myself to put an end to my misery but as you can see I'm still here...Now to keep my sanity and my peace on this Planet instead of always being disapointed I made the choice to avoid as much as I can contact with humans. I prefer to give all my love to animals. I also seriously decided to go deeper in daily spiritual practices and I made interesting experiences that confirmed me the Existence of Higher Dimensions...but only after....countless hours of meditation...and...so many apparently fruitless days of intense prayers etc... So my conclusion is that this World may continue is way straight to Hell if it so wishes to...I finally found my way OUT of this living nightmare...but NOTHING IS FREE dear friends. You have to kick your own butt and to developp an Iron Will to stick no matter what to any spiritual practice of your liking and be very cautious if you still desire to remain in contact with humans!!! I could say so much more but for now I am going back to my solitude.

Unless you have love in your heart for all that IS, you have nothing at all. Try sitting for 10-20 minutes a day, and chanting the word "HU", an ancient name for God, pronounced "HUE". It will put you into direct contact with your own God self within, and will gradually open you like a flower to the love you are inside.
Hu is an ancient name for God, but its meaning is "Creator" thus hu-man is creator-man(-ifestation). Any chanting or meditation should be done through the heart centre on the back-drop of love.
Thank you for more clarification on the word "HU"....I actually have been holding my heart when I chant/sing the HU. It lifts me right up and I can feel the difference from heart centered singing versus just looking into the 3rd eye region alone. I agree that the backdrop of love is how to go about the entire thing.

As peole on the path we've all been subject to our own fair share of nightmares.
it comes with the territory.
As for what we've been told however, the above post I made has been the only real message that I've focused on from the ascended and galactic realms.
The rest are just potentials waiting to happen...
The minutae of when they're coming and what they can do for us is all very well.
And the details are subject to the clarity of the channel.
Not to mention the potentials that humanity as a whole chooses in the moment.
But the true message has always been for us to be the instrument of our own salvation.
we have wiithin all the tools we need to free ourselves from our situation.
And claim the sovereignty that is our birth right.
We can create our own personal heaven on earth for ourselves.
by working the connection we have to source.
It is only when we do this for ourselves that we become empowered too help others do this.
Not saying that it is easy.
the process is however simple.
just uncomfortable.
You have within your DNA the instruction set of your greatness.
Only you are capable of discovering it.
