It happened to Nietzsche, it happened to millions in that long time Wagner made his music. Even Hitler liked his music very much.

Wagners Great grandparents are still living in Germany. The Wagner clan is administrating Beyreuth, they have a Wagner festival each year pulling countless VIPs.

 

There are voices calling Wagner an antisemite. I have nothing to say on that. It does not prevent me from listening to his extraordinary music.
