  As I've mentioned previously Lori, vibration has no agenda. It is neither good or bad. It is we who put the spin on it via our belief structure. 

  At a level of blueprint you are at peace with all vibration frequencies, wavelengths, and amplitudes. It is the experience of life that teaches us to be "discordant" with different energies.

  The music, whatever it may can be used as a diagnostic tool to show you where you are not resonating cleanly. 

  It is not gender based. I know plenty of women that act out anger violently. In fact most of the women I have been in relationships with are more violent than I AM. The one that experiences and expresses the purity of her anger was the one who was most comfortable with metal and death metal music. 

  I AM also a pacifist. And I enjoy amongst the darkest music out there. Because it goes through me. and I AM able to experience it without it impacting on my behaviour. Short of making me want to dance like Satan at a zumba class.

  It is important that you know that up until last few years  I was not capable of standing up to anyone verbally. I did not have the self esteem in place that would allow it. I would quite literally shut down in fear and guilt. It was music as well as a variety of other methods that I used to reach inside and bring all those discomforts to the surface which gave me the opportunity to address them.

  What I have discovered is that in working hard to uncover and embrace my"dark side" I have become become truly compassionate. As opposed to someone who put on the show of compassion because I didn't have any other choice available to me. It is in enlightening your dark that you can turn around in peace and walk towards the light. Knowing that there is nothing in the  shadows waiting to jump out and get you.
