Most people who become doctors do it because they want to help people, not because they want to make money. Trust me, the salary ain't that good. There are better things to work with for intellectual people if money is the only issue.

Most of the things that happen inside the scene (This illusory world) on media, politics, etc don't matter at all. It's like when you're inside an astral trap.
