I've been thinking about this alot tonight and I came to a big realization, of the importance....of importance. And what that is, is the state of importance. The energy, the vibration, the frequency, the quality...of importance. About feeling important, and viewing everything and everyone in life as important. It's a big thing. It's very important lol

I think this is one of the heart core issues of humanity. Where people view themselves as unimportant...and insignificant...like they're small, they're nobody, they aren't special....they aren't great, they aren't important. And nobody wants to feel that way, and it's a major cause of depression and overall lowliness.

We all have that desire to be important. It's what Dr. King called the drum major instinct. We all want to achieve distinction, to be noticed, to be great, to be somebody important....it's something that runs the whole gamut of life. Our first cry as a baby was a bid for attention.

And all throughout childhood and up on to adulthood, this drive, this desire, this drum major instinct...is a major motivator. And nobody is unhappy when they're treated like they're important. It makes them feel good...makes them feel special...makes them feel like somebody....and I believe firmly that we feel that way because deep down, we know we deserve it.

And I know people are going to say, well it's just playing on the ego, and sure that can happen and does happen, but I believe firmly that this desire comes not solely from the ego, but from a soul level. Because I know that God...doesn't create unimportant things. God doesn't create insignificant things...nor does God create small things. All of Gods creations are important, all of Gods creations are significant, God only creates grand things. From the tiniest atom to the largest neutron star.

So each one of us, everyone...is important. We are special...we are great..we deserve recognition, we deserve to be treated like somebody. And I try to view everyone I meet, and everything in life...as important. The trick is though, we can't really view everyone and everything as important, until we start viewing ourselves as important.

I've also realized that....realization...and importance....are very connected. You can't truly realize something unless you understand how important it is. And everything's important. So if you want to achieve true realizations of things, start viewing everything with importance.

Of course we shouldn't overload it, we shouldn't take everything so seriously all the time. We can make things too important, and take things too seriously. Like everything, it's a balancing act. We should try to keep it light, but also keep it important. I've found that place and of course you can't really describe it in words...it's just a lightness and an importance. It's importance from the right brain, not the left brain.

Also we shouldn't let the ego get in there and start thinking we are more important than others. Everyone is equally important. We're all equally great. But we also shouldn't let the ego get in there and make us think we are unimportant...like we are not great, not special, not worthy of love and attention, like we are just small insignificant nothings....we really need to drop that, as a collective...we need to get it out of our hearts.

So these are my thoughts on importance. As it relates to realization, and how it relates to who we are, as souls, and what everything in life is, as creations of God. So..let's start embodying that quality. Not too much lol We should keep it light and keep humble, but also keep it important. Because everything is!
