Well what can i say...today i felt the need to ask about it to my guides. he said i was able to do it but it was dificult, he told me the steps to achieve it... and as i think about it, i dont know if i can call it that... since the trick is to connect to your soul and the place you need to be... not a scientific teleportation but an energy translocation by no means of electronics... i feel, i must not exchange the information he gave me, but one thing i can say, it is real and im learning it, otherwise they wouldnt teach me how to. ill keep you people posted :) this is a thrilling moment.

My guide says not everyone can move freely like this, there are phorbiden places and to explore with your own body like this may be fatal. i do not want to risk the life of anyone by saying how to m8. sorry, i have been trying it today, i can feel diferences in and around me, its chalenging, but my guides are helping me alot.
one of the most efficient ways of doing it is to perfect ones Merkaba field and by manifesting the thought. of course this is a tricky feat for average Joe but purifying personal body ( diet, excercise , creativity ) and mind ( meditation, good intent, compassion, kindness and etc. ) this is not so difficult.
Dream up and work towards manifesting it................
