Symbolism of pigeons

Hello, I was wondering if pigeons symbolised something in particular, from a spiritual point of view.I was doing something related to a book I was writing and a pigeon fly in the room. I felt there was some kind of connection. any ideas would be appreciated! thanks!Myles

    Thanks for the feedback guys! I only hope that it is a good meaning. I feel that I have recently started to get back onto a more spiritual path, so hopefully this is a reflection of that.

    I believe that when any creature makes itself known to you as you are in a spiritual connection, it is telling you that you are right and surrounded in truth and the presence of angels. A similar experience I had the other day, while performing a protection salt circle around a family member's home. This is who came into my sights. :)
