    Now thats really strange,and yet very interesting at the same time...but what instantly came into my head was some kind of mirage phenomena e.g Fata Morgana?... in reality it could be actually just reflections off of truck lights on a highway for instance that caused it... like reflection in water droplets in the sky bouncing in all directions?...notice how the sky is foggy & grainy in the footage that's normally when Fata Morgana occurs,its never in clear skies..but then I'm not a expert on these things..I dont think its UFO's,but then anything is possible,thanks for sharing this I'd not seen it before now..
