This is difficult to write, because I just got out of the shower, where I did some stillness meditations, and I'm in a state of no mind and no emotions, and it's hard to create in this state lol
But I want to talk about some things today. One of them is the art of stillness. It's something that many people talk of, especially people like Eckhart Tolle who I love...and it's a very weird thing once you actually start getting into it and experiencing it.
I do meditations alot in the shower, but it's usually just visualizations....where you visualize things and you feel them. But that's not true meditation apparently, true meditation is going into a state of complete stillness, where you clear your mind of all thoughts, clear your heart of all feeling...and just be still. And we know thoughts and feelings are important, we need both of them to operate in life....but ultimately, they are both tension. To really be still, we need both of them to be cleared and silenced and stilled.
And it's a weird state to be in, it is lol It's like...well I call it being in state of limbo...because that's what it is. You have no thoughts....no feelings.....no left brain or right brain activity, you are present but not present at the same time...it's weird. I guess it's just being pure awareness. Where you are aware of things, but you have no thought or feeling on it. You can see the forms, and recognize them...but not. You are just being...and not being at the same time. It's weird. It's hard to explain.
I don't know if this is ideal. I guess it's okay to go here once in a while...but ultimately we are in this world, in this life...and to be present in this life, you have to feel it totally. Where you get into a state of no mind....only pure feeling. To be enlightened, you have to feel it....feel that pure love, the bliss, the peace...that comes from totally feeling the moment. You can't not be happy and whole when you are in the moment feeling it. I know that from experience.
I also know from experience, that when you are too stuck in mind, no matter what you experience, you won't enjoy it. You won't be totally present, you will be in a mode of resistance always, and analyzing and all of that is great tension. The mind is by far much more tense than the heart and feelings. I know, trust me.
Mind to me, is the last on the totem pole. It's the biggest obstacle to true growth and enlightenment. And I know people with their minds are going to argue against that, because they are proud of their minds and sure the mind is very useful...we need mind to function, to create. And to create we especially need feeling...because feeling is the home of creativity....and inspiration...the heart is your inner creator. That's why children are so creative, and why people who have very good hearts are also very creative.
The mind is a tool....intelligence is a tool....and it's important sure, but that's all it is, a tool. Don't get so identified with the tool....it's not who you are.
So who are we? At the end of the day....we are nothing. And everything. We just are. I think this is what the art of stillness is about. It's a state of limbo, where everything just kind of is..and you have no thought or feeling on it. I don't think it's an ideal state to be in...I mean it's a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't wanna live there 24/7 lol
And I think to reach true enlightenment, we have to dig within our hearts and feelings.....and I think true mastery....is about mastering all states of being.
That's what I try to do. Master all states, all extremes...as well as master the center. I strive to be a master at EVERYTHING. I mean literally. That's my goal, and it's gonna take me a very long time I'm sure. But ultimately...that's what it means to be God like. Because God I'm sure is the master at everything lol If God were to manifest here and play Michael Jordan at basketball, I'm pretty sure God would win lol
God is the master....no matter what God would do, he would be the best at it..I mean he's GOD lol I'm sure God is the epitome of masterhood of all things, all states of being, God has a perfect mind, a perfect heart, God is just perfect at everything and in every way. And that's what I want to be!

I've heard that Passionflower is also good for relaxation and anxiety, and isn't quite as intense as Valerian, still it's a great herb if you're having trouble relaxing. :-)
Well thank you -bows- :) And if drinking tea helps you...well that's good. It's not my cup of tea though lol I prefer to get there on my own, without needing some outside thing to do it, I think that's true self mastery....but...hey that's just me lol Thank you Sarah!
Everyone have the same opportunities and for growth when born, free will is always of course. But if an individual choose they can raise as high they choose. Its only your self that sets limits. Its another story why. you still can erase the why if you so choose. your barriers are an illusion.
I know that those that wont raise up and stay here in 3d needed the lession,however,my compassion with them is big and so is Fathers. Truth can seem hard but Truth is Truth, no matter how you turn it.

We all have our Father,God Aton of LIGHT, within, and can all go within, and in communion. Its just, that if we do evil things in one way or another(now evil is= against the Laws of God and Creation), we block the way to our communion with our Father. We can also block by not being still,and listen.

Our ego.. right, our Father, and our Spirit within should be in control and not the ego, thats whats happening if you are not under The Laws of God and Creation and if you rather let ego control your life and thoughts, or well its the same,your desires. When you put all you have under GOD, you dont have problems with ego anymore. Ego, the brain, is just a control station that are supposed to watch so you dont get killed while walking a road or coordinate your system inside. Its not meant to do anything else.
When you are in stillness, and as a result of that are in balance with Father/when you follow the Laws, then ego wont make trouble for you. you will be in balance. If you lead your life with your desires and you decide to stop it and gain control you have to ask FATHER for help. you have become ADDICTED and evil uses it,and you need Fathers help to gain control back. and your determination. I think that goes very well when it comes to control ego too. After all I have seen it. So, to balance mind body and soul is getting it straight with Father and throw out the anti Christ within, which is everything that goes against the Laws of God and Creation. which is anti Christ, whether its about some physical act or thoughts, or otherwise. Though its true that some are more evil than others like the Rockerfeller crowd. (yet, all have the opportunity for change and thats how it will end, in the end. ALL will come back to Father. which wont be fun,to be the last man lol)
As Father, and me see it, everything thats not within the Laws of God and Creation is evil. So apparently its just not that easy as being able to be both,you have to choose which path youre on.
Now everyone have the opportunity to growth and change, and are allowed to choose,according to free will. God is not of force. But its also true that none come to Higher realms without following the Laws. No evil will be allowed into Higher realms.
I remember evils many ways so clearly since I remember pretty much all lives.

And I absolutely agree with what you said about....there is a part of us here in this Earthly reality....call it 3D I guess...which is what we would call ego. And its a useful tool to be used, once it's purified and under control. And I know also what you said about going into meditation and entering the stillness, and being totally present....you become simply an observer of all that is, and that observer is the real us.....
I've been experiencing that lately in my meditations. But ultimately, the real us, the soul...uses the ego, the character we play here on this Earth, in order to experience and unfold Gods plan. I'm sure you know that, but yea I'm just letting my thoughts go here lol So I don't think we are supposed to give up the ego totally, or the mind...it's a tool to be used. Going back into the Godhead...I think would be giving up everything, life itself.
God is, but God also wants to experience, I think. So he creates this dream, this illusion....and creates us, we are all little alter egos of God lol That God is using to experience and create, to manifest his being.....just the same way our alter egos, like Clifford or John Jancar....are part of us we are using to experience and create, and manifest our being...which ultimately, is God.
So that's how I look at it. It's basically the same as how you look at it, just worded differently. I think it's true we are supposed to awaken to the dream, within the dream...and then have fun with the dream, while remembering it's just a dream.

I think its about being in balance, still feeling while still being in this body, AND be able to get out and get in that stillness anytime you choose. I think thats what its about, and to have control over the brain and the body. well,balance.again.
I have since I was born been able to just switch off with no thoughts at all, and just be, in the stillness. Its probably a gift or something Ive worked hard for in another time. I can do it when I choose to or by command. But I still feel. But its in a more balanced way. I think thats what you mean. And yes, God is there. But if we dont LISTEN into the stillness, we dont find Him. To place the center of our attention in God-mindness and not in the sensed body. And yet, feel. Well I appreciate that, thank you :) I guess I have the eyes of enlightenment lol I'm just very focused on advancing and evolving. And I don't consider it a fight really, it's more like...mastering both. Being able to go into either state at will. That's what it's about for me, at least...not really choosing one over the other.
But I do know enlightenment is an inner thing lol And I won't believe this bit about light chambers unless they get here and show them to us. And even then, it probably isn't the best way to achieve enlightenment. That's a quick fix. I mean the Buddha didn't go into a light bed for his enlightenment lol He searched for it all his life, and finally sat down under the tree and with iron will said, I am not getting up from under here until I've found enlightenment! And he did...after like what was it, 48 days or something like that lol So yea...but it's that spirit, that will...to get there, that is important...not just okay, I'll wait for the light chambers to do it for me! lol
U also may want to check to see if you are picking up any emotions from someone. Empathy is real easy to do when we are on a place or somewhere else. Collecting emotions from someone else, and even channeling there emotions through, is real easy to do. If you are sure though where your thoughts are with Hitler and how you view this man, then you aren't picking up anyone else's emotion
It's just that when we collect someone elses emotions, we have what is called a Frequency channeling, and that emotion can feel like our own at times, and it is easy to channel that emotion through with the channeling line that we have within us
Just a thought, you may want to check and make sure where your feelings are coming from on things
