Spending a total of $12.27 I bought a miniature greenhouse starter kit, gardening gloves, 1 packet of tomato seeds, and 1 packet of corn seeds. The greenhosue starter kit is $5.00 in the gardening section of Walmart. The closest shopping center to me is Walmart and thats why I chose that store. I created a video showing the products and what I am doing with starting my first garden.
I want to inspire other people to start growing vegetables and gardens. I would love advice from people who have already started gardens and what steps they took to grow vegetables on a daily basis. I know everyones climate and environment varies so what Im posting is something you can start indoors.

here's the first step.......................
that time is now, as you live in warm climate like Florida regardless if it is chilly there as you indicated in one of your post couple of weeks ago.............Winter produce we call it :.........onions, garlics, leeks, kale, beets, mustard, brocolli, calliflower, chicory, even artichokes which like cooler weather......some salad greens might do well in temps like 39F or so..................
Do you have garden space planned or did you break the soil for it ?....if not yet , you can start these in planting pots until you choose that spot outside.............if you start them in pots you don't have to take them inside when temps are low during day and night ; they'll do well in temperatures around and below 30F.........
I read that you worry about too much rain saturating soil during winter months ~ than do your winter gardening in pots which you could set under a conopy or tarp to protect them from drawning............
I had never worked on gardens in florida but have enough experience and education in horticulture and permaculture so just ask anything...............
I can teach you how to take care of your soil and plants from bugs and erosion ; there are many remedies to take care of it without herbicides and pesticides...............
you need organic garden producing clean and healthy food to get best benefits
