Yours is a very straight forward dream actually. I dunno about the ascension bit... ascension as a word is misused too much in these 2010-2012 times.
Earth - represents Nature. Spaceship represents just space in your life. Your subconscious is telling you that you have to make space in your life to spend more time with and in Nature. It will help you to attune yourselves with the magnetic grid of the earth deeply and you will become aware of the imminent changes in Gaia's awakening.
It is important to be grounded in these times. We were born here, we are a part of this planet, so all that happens to us is a part of what happens to Gaia and vice versa.
